🌾 Evening Meditation
Tonight, Britt Mooney helps us explore a compelling question: What does it mean to love with wisdom?
In an age of explosive opinions and sharp words, we are reminded that real love isn’t merely emotional—it’s intelligent, discerning, and rooted in truth. Britt uses the vivid image of a Mentos-and-soda reaction to describe how God’s love can erupt from us when we combine it with insight and Spirit-led wisdom.
The Greek words used by Paul—epignōsis (experiential knowledge) and aisthēsis (moral insight)—point to love that’s not naive or passive, but formed in intimacy with God and meant for transformation, not argument. This is the kind of love Jesus modeled: bold and truthful, yet tender and healing. It’s the kind of love that heals the broken and draws the wandering home.
Tonight, you’re invited to experience God deeply, and allow that experience to overflow into love that speaks with wisdom and integrity.
🙏 Your Nightly Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Ignite your love in me like a fire. Let it erupt through me with truth, peace, and wisdom—not for show, but for healing and transformation. Help me to experience you daily, to know your voice and your heart. Let your Spirit guide me in love that speaks life and light. Teach me to build up others with words of truth that reflect your grace and compassion.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
🌙 Three Things to Meditate Upon
Overflowing Moments
Have you ever witnessed something overflow or erupt unexpectedly? What emotions did that stir in you—and how might that illustrate what it looks like when love explodes from a Spirit-filled life?
God’s Loving Correction

Speaking Truth with Love
