Today we hear an incredible story of survival and persistence and unwavering commitment to chasing a dream.
Barbara Lwanga went from sleeping on the streets of Downtown Los Angeles in a cardboard box, to designing gowns for A-list Celebrities and Hollywood Elite.
She has created magnificent sculptures that are on display around the world. Barbara’s work was even on display at the Getty Museum.
Barbara is an inspiration to the people with a dream who might be struggling, she wants them to know that no matter how hard life is… if they hold on to their “Why” and stay focused on their dreams, and are willing to put in the work, they can pull through even the darkest of times.
Barbara also reminds us of the importance of treating everyone with love and kindness, and how much it can mean to someone- to just say “good morning.”
