After last weeks’ muting in order to focus our attention on the words and struggles of people of color I am returning with an episode to help us all navigate this time in a way that benefits this world AND our mental health.

This week we talk about divorce! As a child of a relatively healthy divorce I want to talk about my experience and I want to give the positive side of divorce. Staying married through an unhealthy relationship “for your kids” does not make you a hero, sorry.

On last weeks’ episode about Kevin and Ian I was ghosted by Brian for an Interview but he is back to redeem himself! This conversation made my heart grow three sizes and reminded me of the connection we will always share to each other and to our angel boys. They’d be so happy to see how far we’ve come ❤️

This week you get to hear me cry for thirty minutes - all jokes aside I had to make this episode to honor my angel boys Kevin and Ian. Their passing was the most significant thing to happen to me to date and I never want them to be forgotten or not known about. I know this may be tough to listen to but I hope anyone who is or has ever grieved can find some comfort in knowing your feelings and your process are valid.

This week we talk about therapy and mental health counseling. I talk about my personal experience and do my best to convince you guys to not be scared of it!

This week I finally spend my time talking about the concept of the inner child as well as my own inner child - I bet she’s so happy to be getting some attention.

In this episode we cover the topic of virginity and “purity”. This conversation is inspired by a book I recently read called The Purity Myth. We dive into the beginnings of my sexual history and my personal views.

You guys today I have my first guest! One of my best friends, Emery. I frequently mention them on my podcast and openly discuss their life without their permission so I figured they deserved an episode for themselves at the very least. This was so fun 💫
