I think it would be a radically different place — a place where we listened to one another and cared about each other's needs. Humility seems like an elusive thing, but I think it's easier to do than we might believe. For those of us who have kids, there's not much that's worse than seeing our children struggle. It's particularly hard when our child is dealing with anxiety. While we may not have all the answers, it's critical that we come along side of them and help them know that they're not alone. These are just a few things that depression can do to you. In Episode 022, I interview my friend Katelyn Tabb on her life with anxiety. We also talk about seasons of deep depression and how it was unbearable for her at times.
