"My Anxiety Journal" are bonus episodes where I grab the mic and share what's been going on with me that day. Some days are good while others are overwhelming. Hopefully this will remind us of the journey and to be an encouragement to one another. In this fourth entry, I share how I'm on the verge of a panic attack in the midst of a holiday where I should focus on being thankful. For me, it helps to share what I'm feeling in those moments.
