Closure is something we make up in our minds. Yes. It's the idea that if someone else gives us the answers we want, we'll feel better about the breakup or whatever we're going through. Less commuting time, working from home, no weekend plans... When the shutdowns began back in March, a lot of my clients stopped planning ahead because they had more time. But what happened was that they had to start making decisions in-the-moment based on emotions. The idea that we have "more time" may have created a false sense of security - I'm talking today about how to make decisions based on your goals instead of your emotions during this stressful time.

Today I'm talking about how I took a step back from the podcast, how I recharged and why you need to do this periodically in your own life!
