Debra Muth 0:02Welcome to Let’s Talk Wellness Now, I’m your host, Dr. Deb. This is where we talk about everything wellness, and learn to defy aging and live our lives on our own terms. Welcome back to Let’s Talk wellness. Now I’m your podcast host, Dr. Deb, and I am with Elaine Morrison today, Elaine has worked in the wellness industry as a certified Pilates instructor for the past 16 years. Nine years ago, she developed Hashimotos and psoriasis which took her on a health journey of finding answers to put her autoimmune illnesses into remission. radically changing her diet reverse her symptoms of fatigue, weight gain, hair loss and dry skin. Supplementing with collagen gave her a whole new head of hair and glowing skin. I can’t wait to hear from Elaine how she did this. Because so many people are suffering from autoimmune disease and having these challenges that it’s it’s really becoming a problem. We have more autoimmune disease now than we ever had before. We’ve had more chronic fatigue than we have ever had before in this country. And statistics actually show that 49% of the people who have been sick with COVID are going to suffer from a long term chronic fatigue, along with other complications. And I think that some of the things we’re going to talk to Elaine about today can really help those people who are suffering from chronic fatigue not only from COVID, but also from other viral illnesses, other bacterial infections, things like that, that leave us ridden with chronic ailments after a acute illness.

Debra Muth 3:18Elaine, welcome to the show.
Elaine Morrison 3:20Oh, thank you to have it’s a pleasure to be with you today.
Debra Muth 3:23So Elaine, I was introducing you before we got started and having you on and telling a little bit about your story. But will you tell us your story like how did you get involved in looking at autoimmune disease and on your journey of looking at a healthy lifestyle?
Elaine Morrison 3:40So it started in 2013 I was teaching Pilates full time I was managing two Pilates studios for a private club and working out and eating well. And all of a sudden I found myself sleeping 10 hours a night and feeling still exhausted. I gained 10 pounds in three months when nothing about my diet or exercise had changed. My hair started falling out and and breaking. My skin was insanely dry. And I went to my doctor and told her this whole list of symptoms and I basically got the pat on the head of like well, but you’re 44 years old. And this is just kind of the norm. Kind of like here you go sign sign on the dotted line. This is what you’re signing up for in midlife and she would only test my TSH. She wouldn’t do a full thyroid panel and she said I absolutely will not test you for thyroid antibodies for Hashimotos. Wow, did she explain why she didn’t. She didn’t and the only reason I had even known about Hashimotos was I started reading one of Sara Gottfried books and That’s where I read about it. And I thought, gosh, you know, a lot of these symptoms, I’m having sound like Hashimotos. But I’ve literally, I had never heard of it before. So that’s where I started. So I was immediately put on level five rock scene and sent on my way. And I did initially start to feel better once I started taking the level of Iraq scene. And then about six weeks later, I broke out in guttate psoriasis from my scalp to my ankles.
Debra Muth 5:33Wow.
Elaine Morrison 5:34Yeah. And I just actually read something the other day that there is a big correlation between thyroid issues and psoriasis, which I just learned that today. Um, and so, again, I was sent for, like, I spent so much money on allergy testing. They thought maybe it was the binders and the level thyroxin. So I was immediately taken off of the level of Iraq scene. And then I’m just curious by nature, so I just started reading, I literally, I went online and started reading, I started reading, I believe her name is Isabella Wentz book, she’s a pharmacist, who wrote a book about Hashimotos. And I just refused to accept the answers that I was being given. So I, I removed gluten from my diet, I was already vegan. And now looking back, I think that was actually part of the problem. I think I was very, very nutrient depleted. So when I went to an endocrinologist, and I was like, all excited, I had my book and I had highlighted and again with my piece of paper in my notes, and again, I kind of got the pat on the head of like, well, if you want to remove gluten and dairy and all of that, that’s fine. But there’s really no science behind it. And I just like a light bulb went off in my head, and I thought I’m not I’m not coming back to her.
Debra Muth 7:02So Well good for you for a doing your own research and trying to figure out what’s going on. And I hear this a lot in my practice, too is people are told A) we’re not running this test B) it doesn’t matter, C) honey, it’s okay. It’s just your age, you just gonna have to learn to live with it. There’s nothing we can do about it. And it’s unfortunate that practitioners out there feel that way. And that’s the answers that we’re getting. And but but kudos to you for not taking that as an answer and digging in and finding the truth for yourself. Because ultimately, that’s unfortunately, what we have to do. Ultimately, it’s all about you and how you feel. And I really want people to understand that if you’re not getting the answers that you need from your practitioner, it is okay to seek out someone else to find someone that aligns more with you. So many people need that permission to do that. And you’re paying them, you know, whether it’s an insurance payment or cash, you’re still paying them because you pay the premiums. So they should be working for you to do the best for you. But unfortunately, many of them don’t.
Elaine Morrison 8:13Oh, my gosh, I wrote a blog post about this, that you’re literally hiring a consultant, but I are so trained in our culture, to put a doctor on a pedestal that they somehow have all the answers. Whereas, you know, I’ve been fortunat...

Debra Muth 0:02Welcome to Let’s Talk Wellness Now. I’m your host, Dr. Deb. This is where we talk about everything wellness, and learn to defy aging, and live our lives on our own terms.
Debra Muth 0:26So my guest for you today is Jennifer Powter and Jennifer is a weight loss and mind set expert. She is passionate about teaching women how to stop sabotaging their diet and their weight loss. So Jennifer powder is the founder of weight loss Academy and the best selling author of diet disruptions. She talks about the weight loss solution for chronic serial dieting, and as I said, sabotaging your weight loss, and why you do it and how you fix it.
Debra Muth 1:02So Jennifer is an expert for women over 40. She has helped 1000s of women reclaim their bodies and their minds. By taking a truly soulful and scientific approach to weight loss and establishing a solid foundation for lasting transformations. I can’t wait to talk to Jennifer today. Because Jennifer is so spot on with what we do with diet and weight loss and why it works and why it fails us. And over the years I’ve looked for many different programs on how to help women in their midlife years lose the weight that they’ve they’ve gained. And we know it’s hormones, and we know its lifestyle. We know it’s activity. And we’ve all heard the things that work. Macro counting keto, paleo, get rid of gluten, get rid of this. It’s all about getting rid of everything. And then of course, doing more, right. So I’m going to talk to Jennifer today about this too.
Debra Muth 2:05But I was just reading a weight loss program this week and the gentleman was talking about walking two to four hours a day. Well, duh, if we walk two to four hours a day, we’re going to lose weight, okay, that’s a no brainer. But we don’t have two to four hours a day to walk most of us. We are busy, we are running our lives, we’re running businesses, we’re working, we’re taking care of family. And we just don’t have that kind of time to devote to losing weight. And if that’s the answer for many of us, we’re just gonna say, I don’t have that time, I can’t do it. And we’re gonna throw in the towel and not even try. And I think there’s a better way in between this. That can help us figure out how we maintain our weight or lose the weight and change our bodies and not feel guilty about eating and not feel guilty about who we are and what we are. And I’m excited to bring you Jennifer, she is going to share with us how we get past that mindset piece of things. So I’m going to introduce you here to Jennifer and we’re going to get started having this fantastic conversation.
Debra Muth 3:20Have you seen 20 Plus medical doctors only to be told your symptoms are in your head or you need an antidepressant? We understand your frustrations? Debra Muth 4:39Welcome back to Let’s Talk Wellness Now, I’m your host, Dr. Deb and I am with my dear friend Jennifer Powter and we are going to talk about women’s issues today. You guys know I love to talk about women’s issues. It is one of my passions. So I’m excited to talk to Jennifer today. She’s got a great new book coming out. She’s going to talk to us about that as well. But this is the perfect time of year for us to start focusing on ourselves. So Jennifer, welcome to the show.
Jennifer Powter 5:05No, thank you. I’m so happy to be here. It’s yeah, thank you for having me.
Debra Muth 5:09You’re welcome. This is gonna be great conversation. Because we can go really deep into a lot of different areas. So excited about that.
Jennifer Powter 5:18Thank you.
Debra Muth 5:19So tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got on this journey.
Jennifer Powter 5:24Oh, you know, so many of us have our own stories. And I think it’s so great to share them because it’s easy to look at someone and say, Oh, it’s always been easy for them, or they’ve never struggled. And r eally, that couldn’t be more of the opposite truth for me. And, you know, I do specialize in weight loss for women over 40. And lots of most of my clients are in their 50s and 60s, but for me, I found myself carrying, you know, I stopped counting, but I’ve been, you know, good 40 ish extra pounds on my five foot six frame. And what’s the irony and all of this is I had been an Ironman athlete, a multi marathoner, I had advanced degrees in exercise physiology, like I was a personal trainer, I, you know, I had all of this knowledge. And yet, here I was, and so it was a very humbling experience. And back then, which was only about 10-11 years ago, there was this big movement, push, like, eat more, or eat less, sorry, eat less, move more. And I just thought I needed to run or somehow punish my way physically into into fitness. And it didn’t work. Instead, I was adrenal fatigue. I mean, I just, you know, I’m, I’ve just lost it...
Dr. Deb shares the failures and successes of the 2021 pandemic year. If you are looking for an overview of what has been happening, it is in this episode. She also shares what you should take to help support your body against illness and if you took the jab, what you need to be looking out for.

Welcome to Let’s Talk Wellness Now, I’m your host, Dr. Deb. This is where we talk about everything wellness, and learn to defy aging, and live our lives on our own terms. Hi, and welcome back to Let’s Talk Wellness Now. I’m your host, Dr. Deb and it is December 31st of 2021. And I’m coming to you with a special podcast today. I want to recap kind of what’s been going on over the last two years, so that you have a better understanding of where things have come how we’ve kind of gotten here, and what are we going to do on the other side? Because I think that’s so important for us to not only know how we got here, but what can we do about things? Have you seen 20 Plus medical doctors only to be told your symptoms are in your head, or you need an Antidepressant? We understand your frustrations? Are you tired of feeling sick and tired? I’m going to dive right in because I’ve got a lot of research and data for you. And I want to really encourage you guys to pick up the book and read the real Anthony Fauci, which was written by Robert Kennedy Jr. It will provide you with a lot of information that you may or may not already know. But it’s been compiled in a way that it’s truly impactful. One thing I would say is just be prepared when you read it some parts that are a little challenging to get past. But I think it’s super important. You can either get it in a hardcopy or audible, I don’t get a kickback for any of this, I just think it’s really important to get this information out. Since everything is being censored. And our social media channels, it’s harder and harder to get that information to people. So having a physical copy of the book is really helpful. So I want to share some of the data that’s in this book that I find to be really profound. And I want to start with some statistics. And I know it’s hard. Nobody likes statistics. But I I’ve condensed a little bit of this here for you. But I want you to understand the significant differences in the deaths that have been reported by country in this pandemic thus far. So these numbers go up to summer of 2021. And the US tops the charts at the number of deaths per 1 million people. And all of the countries are listed the same way. So the US has 2,107 deaths per million people capita, Sweden is next at 1,444 Iran 1,449 deaths per million Germany 1,126 deaths per million. And then we get into some of these other countries that significantly reduce the number. Cuba has 650 deaths per million Jamaica 630 deaths per million India 327 deaths per million. What sticks out about India the most for us. What do they take as an anti malarial drug? Every week? HCQ. What do they take on a consistent basis to prevent parasites? Ivermectin, Norway had a significant reduction of 161 deaths per million. Japan had 139 deaths per million. Now I found this number to be extremely suspicious. China is reporting three deaths per million. Now you have to question that China said three deaths per million yet this China is where this virus was being studied. and released and the US is at 2,107 deaths per million. What does China know and do that the US is refusing to realize and do so significant change here in the number of deaths per million and, and you look at what we’ve been doing, and clearly you can see by these numbers that what we’ve been doing has not been working. That’s a big challenge. You know, these death rates are based completely on Tony Fauci his recommendations for social distancing lockdowns for the healthy, no early treatment and use of only two things, the deadly drug remdesivir, which we know kills your kidneys now, and a ventilator. So there’s some significant question ability about what we’ve been doing as a country that has or has not been working. Now, we also have no way of ever knowing how many people died from isolation, the economic plunge bankruptcy, unemployment, deferred medical care, depression, mental illness, obesity, stress, overdose, suicide, addiction, accidents, abuse, and any other environmental changes due to these lockdowns. We do know since the lockdown the BMJ British Medical Journal study as of June 24,2021, showed that the US life expectancy decreased by 1.9 years. This is pretty significant because normally, the life expectancy rate changes by months, not by years. They also noted that the hispanic and black markets suffered the most through 2018 to 2020. The Hispanic American population lost around 3.9 years of longevity, and the lifespan for African Americans dropped by 3.25 years. This decline is unique to the US between 2018 and 2020. And the life expectancy decline at birth was roughly Are you ready for this one 8.5 times that average decrease compared to 16 other comparable countries. So we shake our heads and we say what is going on here? This is an all time high. We have not seen a life
Debra Muth 7:39
decline, life expectancy decline like this since World War II. So think about that. Since World War II, we’ve been pretty steady with our life expectancy until now. It just is completely mind blowing at this point that everything that we’ve been doing, clearly has not been working. So we all know masking social distancing quarantining the healthy and sending people home with COVID. With no treatment has not worked for the past two years. There are peer reviewed research that has not offered any support for these methods of handling the pandemic whatsoever. And we know that the WHO has actually not supported these lockdowns, surprisingly enough, according to Professor David Navarro, who’s the Senior Envoy, which is a position reporting to the director of general stated October 8 of 2021. This is his quote. We in the World Health Organization do not advocate for lockdowns as a primary means of controlling this virus. We may well have a doubling of world poverty by next year, we’ll have at least a doubling of child malnutrition because children are not getting meals in school and their parents in poor families are not able to afford it. This is terrible, ghastly global catastrophe, actually. And we so really do appeal to all world leaders to stop using lockdowns as your primary control method. lockdowns just have one consequence that you must never be little and that’s making poor people an awful lot poor. This is a quote actually by the WHO, the World Health Organization and nobody’s really listening to this. They’re still promoting the same old, same old that isn’t working. Now during this last two years, we’ve seen Dr. Fauci acquiesce to the CDC select If protocol changes for completing death certificates in a way that inflated the claimed death rates from COVID-19, and thus inflated its infection mortality rate, the CDC later admitted that only 6% of the COVID deaths occurred in entirely healthy individuals. The remaining ready for this 94% suffered from an average of 3.8 potentially fatal comorbidities. So that means they had multiple other health problems before they succumb to COVID. Now, I’m not advocating for anyone to succumb to the COVID illness, that’s not what we want to see here. But what we are seeing is similar numbers to that of the flu every single year. And yet, we’re not treating it like the flu, we’re not doing anything like we would normally do a regular cold and flu season. In August of 2021, the regulator’s actually admitted. The PCR tests that the CDC promoted were incapable ready in capable of distinguishing COVID from any other viral illness. But yet the use of these PCR tests continue to be used to diagnose COVID cases. And as of today, the CDC is no longer using PCR tests, and they’re all being pulled from the market. Remember, these were all done under emergency use authorization. But these are the tests that we relied on to get our numbers for COVID cases, yet they weren’t able to detect COVID, or the flu, or a Coronavirus of any kind, they weren’t able to distinguish between the difference. But yet every day on the news, we see 1000’s of new cases of COVID. But based on what based on a faulty PCR test.
Debra Muth 12:00
Now also during this time, Medicare paid hospitals $39,000 per ventilator that was used to treat COVID. So every time someone came into the hospital and was put on a ventilator, the hospital received $39,000 for Medicare, compared to their normal $13,000 that they would have gotten paid for our garden variety, respiratory infection. If we don’t see that there’s a money play in place here. We’re fooling ourselves and somewhere this is going to come back and haunt us if it isn’t already for most of us. Now, the CDC also made the decision to skip autopsies of C, CV-19 patients, the CDC refuse to follow up on vaccine injury claims. They have a database called bears database, it’s cumbersome to use, and report many it’s a report that many individuals cannot even access or get into. Patients are told they can report their own injuries, doctors are told to report injuries. However, it takes an hour to two hours to put the data in. It’s very difficult for people to access and try to figure out how to come by if you don’t have the lot number of the vaccine that someone was given, your claim will be thrown out after you’ve put all the effort and time into reporting to this FERS database. So there’s an HHS study that shows that the bears database may be under estimating the vaccine injuries by over 99%. And the public has never received correct information with clarity from the various data. There are multiple studies that show anywhere between one to 10% of the various data base is neglected and missing information. So if if you’re only capturing 1% of the information, 1 to 10% of that information, you’re missing out on a lot of information regarding these emergency use vaccines, and instead of demanding high quality, safety, science and encouraging honest, open, responsible debate on the science, we get badly compressed government health informations that are health officials that are in charge of managing managing the COVID pandemic. Well, if you’ve got somebody managing a pandemic that’s never treated a single patient and isn’t asking for the assistance of people who actually are on the frontlines treating this and scientists that actually comb the research to try to find ways to help people with this disease. We’re just having a misstep at every step. But yet the code Bizarre, Anthony Fauci has decided to connect with Mark Zuckerberg, and the founder of Twitter, and the founders of YouTube, to silence those of us that are trying to bring information to people into the public that can actually help them. And not only that, we have doctors and medical professionals that are being silenced if they offer any kind of early treatment, or discuss the concerns about the vaccine or the various database. And not only that they’re not being silenced on social media. They’re also being threatened with their licenses being revoked, which I’ll talk about in a little bit.
Debra Muth 15:43
It’s literally shocking that during this pandemic, our only focus for managing this pandemic is the single emergency use authorization vaccine. Now, for those of you who are gonna say, but there’s a vaccine that’s FDA approved, it is not commonality is the vaccine that was approved by the FDA. Commonality does not even exist in the United States. So there are people that are saying well, commonality can be exchanged out for the bio nanotech vaccine, and therefore they can be used interchangeably. That’s not how it works, they cannot be used interchangeably. You cannot be forced to have a vaccine administered under EUA use. Now the military is trying to force that by saying commonality has been FDA approved. And because commonality is also similar to the bio and tech product, they can use it. But that is not legally the case. You cannot do that. The other thing that I find very interesting amongst this whole thing is that Dr. Fauci has never spoke about boosting the immune system. He’s never spoke about eating healthy, exercising, taking supplements to keep your immune system up. And once they knew that 60% of the hospitalized cases for COVID were patients who were deficient in vitamin D. He never spoke up and said anything about people getting their vitamin D level drawn, taking extra vitamin D to make sure your vitamin D levels stay strong. None of these preventative solutions were ever discussed or offered as options for prevention. We were told that there was nothing that could be done to prevent the illness. Nor was there any early treatment options that could be given to people. Anything that took away from the narrative of the vaccine option was dismissed as not being helpful. Thank goodness for people like doctors Alenko and Dr. McCullough, Dr. Pierre Corey, and many others who’ve come to our science based system, called the literature found resources and found ways to repurpose medications to provide early treatment to patients so that they can survive COVID without having to be hospitalized. But unfortunately, as of April 30,2021, the Canadian Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons threatened to D license any doctor who prescribed non vaccine health strategies, including vitamin D. And as of December 28,2021, the Wisconsin Department of Health issued a status from the US Food and Drug Administration. So the FDA, they sent a letter to the state medical boards advising against the use of Ivermectin as a treatment for COVID 19, stating that there was no data to indicate safe and effective prevention for treatment of COVID. However, there’s at least 15 studies that have been reviewed by the American Journal of therapeutics, showing that Ivermectin is safe and reduces the risk of death compared to know Ivermectin use. So while we have some physicians out there, trying really hard to get information out and create protocols. There are many physicians that are being silenced and being threatened to have their licenses revoked, should they help any COVID-19 patient, but I’m going to argue this, every one of us health care providers, whether we’re doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, whatever it is, whatever your specialty is, we all took an oath to do no harm. And knowing this information and withholding it from a patient is doing harm. We have known for over 20 years the importance of vitamin D and A high vitamin D level. And I’m not talking overly high talking 60 to 80, which is optimal, I can tell you that 90% of the people that walk into my office that have never been put on vitamin D have a vitamin D level of under 30. They are at risk. And the insurance companies have said, you can’t test vitamin D and have us cover it because it’s an experimental thought process to be looking at vitamin D, you will only cover a vitamin D test if you’re already vitamin D deficient.
Debra Muth 20:30
Hello, how do we know your vitamin D deficient unless we test your vitamin D level. So there’s all kinds of games being played by big pharma, by the FDA, by the physician groups by the insurance industry, to keep us sick, not to keep us healthy. I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Peter McCullough a few weeks ago on our show here, and he has truly been a pioneer in the early treatment of COVID-19. Dr. Peter, Peter Corey is another one who’s worked to help develop treatment protocols, using the following which I believe has saved the lives of 1000’s of Americans, if not more, it should be zinc, quercetin, vitamin D. NAC which stands for an acetyl cysteine, or NAC as we call it, Aspirin, Vitamin C, Iodine, these are just a few of the modalities that we can use. Glutathione is another one. We know that people who are deficient in glutathione are having a higher risk of COVID-19. And I think there’s certain prescriptions people should have on hand, if not taking them as a preventative. And those are things like Hydroxychloroquine Ivermectin, I also think people should have on hand Prednisone and Antibiotic and Colchicine. So in case a cytokine storm arrives in the body due to COVID, you can use these things to start treating early to prevent you from going into the hospital. What we’ve learned about COVID-19 Is it is a multi system disease, meaning it not just affects your immune system, it can affect your lungs, it creates what’s called a Cytokine storm. And a chronic inflammatory response system happens inside the body. And so having these modalities to treat the body from various angles can be extremely helpful in preventing you from ending up in the hospital. It’s been recommended that people who have COVID-19 still get the job despite having natural immunity. Never in the history of a pandemic, one, have we vaccinated. We don’t vaccinate people with natural immunity either. And science knows that when these methods are used, different viral variants are produced from the virus trying to survive. So we’re having another misstep here with vaccinating during a pandemic and requiring vaccination of people who already have natural immunity. Now some of you are going to write to me and say you can’t call this thing a vaccine. I understand that. We’re using language interchangeably for a lot of different reasons here. So just understand that I am aware that this is not a vaccine, but this is what it’s being promoted as. Research has found that if we use repurposed medications, and they’re used early, the number of deaths due to COVID would have been drastically reduced. One of the members of the FLCC saw between 20 and 30 people a day with COVID and use a combination of ivermectin, anti inflammatory cocktail, steroids and anticoagulants since spring of 2020. And he lowered the hospital mortality rate by 4.1%. Compared to well over 23% nationally. So huge numbers. Why we’re not all doing the same thing is sad and frightening to me. Our nursing homes were the worst hit with a fiasco from New York City’s Governor putting acutely sick, CV 19 patients in nursing homes to not providing treatment, implementing early treatment would have reduced the mortality rate by 60%. According to Dr. McCullough. There have been a lot of mistakes made over the last two years. Where do we place the blame? Who do we point the finger at? I think many people are to blame. But instead of continuing to make the same mistakes, we need to open up and start doing the right thing preventing more deaths. I don’t see that happening anytime soon. However, because many people are afraid to prescribe, many people still want to believe that what Dr. Fauci has been promoting will work eventually.
Debra Muth 25:27
And I’m saddened to say that I’m, I’m sure many more people will die as a result of us not implementing early treatment. I could go on with more data. But I want to focus now more on what can be done. For starters, those of you who have had COVID, or had the jab should have medical follow up. In my practice, we see a lot of post viral illness, which means when someone had a viral infection, they never completely cleared it, or is still creating a chronic inflammation in the body. So you have symptoms of an infection. So like headache, muscle pain, fatigue, brain fog, moodiness, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, stuffiness, and so many more. We see this a lot with mano, also known as the kissing disease, or Epstein Barr Virus. We’re now seeing this with people who’ve had COVID as well. And they just haven’t completely gotten over it, or they have never felt the same since they’ve had it. I’ve been encouraging every patient who took the jab regardless of which one because it doesn’t seem to matter to get testing. So there’s different testing that we do for people who have the chronic viral illness, we recommend doing something called a cytokine panel. It’s a test that looks at something called Interleukins, also known as cytokines, which are inflammatory markers. By doing this test, we can see which inflammatory markers are elevated, and how they correlate to your symptoms. And better yet, we can devise a treatment plan based on Dr. Bruce Patterson’s work to reduce these inflammatory cytokines, which can then ultimately help us get all of your symptoms under better control, if not completely alleviated. Back to those who have had the vaccine or took the jab, regardless of where you sit on the fence of people taking the jab or not, vaccine safety or not. What we’ve been seeing in our practice is horrendous. 9 out of 10 of the people that we test every day for vaccine injury are testing positive, either with an elevated D dimer, which is a clotting factor. And elevated troponin, which shows us that there’s been heart muscle damage, or a decrease in what’s called CD 50 cd 57 cascade, which tells us where your immunity is at within your body. Why these things? Well, post job like I’ve said, we’ve seen 9 out of 10 patients without symptoms mind to come back with one or more of these tests being abnormal. It’s sad to say that many patients are going to suffer from either chronic illness due to COVID or disease state secondary to the vaccine. It’s been my experience that since the spring, people are having elevated clotting numbers. What does that mean? So that means people who took the job back in March and April are still having elevated clotting numbers. Originally, we thought that those clotting numbers would only stay high for about two weeks. That’s not the case because people were testing had the job in February or March and they’re still having clotting issues. clotting issues known as micro vessel clotting disorders. That means we don’t know exactly where the clotting is taking place inside the body. We just know what’s happening. If we can identify where it is, that’s wonderful, but 9 times out of 10 We can’t so we have to treat the microcar, microvessel clotting disease. How do you do that? Well, you do that using Anticoagulants, things like Aspirin, Heparin, Lovenox, Xarelto.
Debra Muth 29:51
Different things like that can be used, they need to be prescribed by a doctor. I’ve seen many patients who have had elevated numbers and you They’re told those numbers aren’t high enough to deal with anything. I disagree with that, because having an abnormal number, whether it’s, you know, point 10 points above, or four times above doesn’t really matter, it shows us that there’s a clotting issue happening inside the body. It’s like anything else in medicine, we don’t want to deal with anything until it becomes a severe disease until you have a stroke, or a heart attack, or a brain aneurysm. In our world of integrative or functional medicine, we want to do something before disease sets in, we want to prevent things from happening, not wait until it’s too late. So I would encourage everyone listening to ask their doctors for these tests. And I’ll repeat them again as we go through this. So the second thing that we’re seeing that’s elevated is something called a troponin level. And a troponin level indicates how the heart muscle is being affected. It could be the difference between something called Myocarditis, which is an infection of the heart and inflammation of the heart. Or we can actually see heart damage from a heart attack. And that’s typically how troponin is used. But we’re seeing elevated troponin levels in healthy 20 and 30 year olds who’ve decided to take the jab. We’re also seeing low CD 57 counts. So CD 57 indicates how well your immune system is working. We’ve seen this discuss a lot in the Lyme world and in mold toxicity. When CD 57 counts are low, the immune system can’t fight off the bacterial infection or can’t deal with the mycotoxins from the mold. But we’re seeing this same pattern happen in people who had the jam, we don’t seem to see the exact same thing happening in people who have gotten sick, but we do see it in people who have taken the jab. Sometimes these levels are so deficient, that the person actually looks like they would have HIV, their immune system is not there fighting anything anymore. And now we have a population of people that have immune deficiency that will not be able to fight off disease the same way they did before they got the job. So the test that I’m talking about that I would encourage you to ask if you’ve gotten the job, and even if you’ve had COVID, you will want to be curious as to whether or not it’s causing any problems for you would be a D dimer, a troponin level and a CD 57 flow cascade. Treatment for these things, I really believe are necessary to prevent future illness and disease. Like I said before, a lot of doctors are not doing it. They’re blowing people off and saying these numbers aren’t high enough. And I just shake my head and say seriously, they’re not high enough. How high do they have to be before we provide treatment. So what I would encourage you to do, if you have a doctor that sits in this camp is to continue to look for a provider that will listen to you that will treat you before something happens that will intervene. And somebody that wants to partner in your health care in what it is that you believe there are a lot of practitioners out there. They’re a little harder to find. Many of them are under the radar right now, because they don’t want to be attacked by the medical community and the medical society and the licensing boards. And they’re being silenced on social media. So you might have to dig a little bit to find somebody. What I usually do is encourage people to ask their friends and family who they see if you know somebody that’s interested in integrative or functional medicine or holistic medicine, whatever we want to call it these days. Ask them who they see, because they will point you in the right direction have a provider that can help you.
Debra Muth 33:54
So right now there is a rise in infection again, over the past few weeks, we’ve had many patients test positive. I really believe that early treatment is the key. And if you can have on hand, HCQ Plaquenil Antibiotics Ivermectin, prednisone Colchicine. Take your vitamin C, D, Zinc and Quercetin. Every single day, you can add NAC and glutathione to your regiment as well. Studies have really clear that during early times of preventing the disease from turning into late stage where there’s a cytokine storm happening will keep you out of the hospital. Ivermectin cannot be gotten from the traditional pharmacies anymore. So like Walgreens or CVS, they’re not dispensing this anymore. So you will need to obtain these from a compounding pharmacy and it takes a minimum of 48 hours to get it from the compounding pharmacy if they have stock on hand. You can also get them from a place called all day kind of SATCOM, but I will tell you it takes about four to five hours. To get your prescription filled from them. So that’s why we tell people to stay prepared in advance so that you have all the things on hand that you need if you get sick. Now, what does any of this have to do with the end of year? Podcasts? Right? Well, I wanted to do a little timeline of what’s been happening over 2021. And what we’ve seen from the very beginning, I want you to be aware of what’s happening. And I want you to be knowledgeable and up to date on what we’re seeing happen in this world of health and wellness. I think it’s important for us to know the past so that we don’t repeat it in the future. It’s history, right? If we don’t understand our history, it’ll repeat itself. Many people describe what’s happening today is what happened in World War Two, and that there’s a huge violation of the Nuremberg Code. And I would agree with that, if you don’t know what the Nuremberg Code is, I would encourage you to look that up and read it and familiarize yourself with it, because it is the code of conduct for how we treat people and in in studies in health, and what we do, and many of that code of ethics has been violated during this pandemic, not only by the US but by other countries as well. And going into 2022, I want to see a change, I want to see a difference. I want to see people healthy and strong and knowledgeable and protecting themselves. And having a means going forward to not only protect you but protect your family and stay in strong, good health. And so as I sign off today from Let’s Talk Wellness Now, here’s your host, Dr. Deb, I want to wish you a very healthy, happy and prosperous New Year. Make 2022 Your best year ever. Barb Diaz De Leon 3:38Oh, thank you so much for having me. Dr. Muth it’s so good to be here.
Debra Muth 3:42Oh, well, it is a pleasure. So you have a very interesting story to share with us. And you and I have known each other for quite a while. I want to say probably 15 years. Yeah, I would say so. Tell us your story in your journey.
Barb Diaz De Leon 3:58Oh my goodness. Well, my story started out I was in my 30s. And I got I was just working and living my life I met my husband got married and then shortly after I got married in my 30s I had massive fatigue. And I didn’t know anything about integrative medicine or functional medicine or holistic circles. And so I went to my regular, you know, conventional DAC, and they found that I had hypothyroidism did not pick up on my autoimmune disorder, the Hashimotos and prescribed Synthroid. And I did have a little bit of improvement, but I was still super tired. And then along this I also had a lot of female problems too. I gotten a uterine fibroid and never had any issues with you know, my female cycle in the past. And you know, and I just got married and I wanted to have kids right and here I am tired. And I have all these, you know, menstrual problems. Now this big fibroid, and I went ahead and got a uterine embolization unified embolization before there was even a medical billing code for it, it was pretty new at that time, just to see if you know, to try to have a baby. Meanwhile, my hormones weren’t addressed, and I was massively fatigued all the time. And it was so, so disheartening and frustrating. And I did end up getting a hysterectomy. And again, I didn’t know anything about integrative medicine or anything like that. And who knows, you know, if I had implemented what I know, now back then if that would have changed things, but I strongly suspect that they would have so and so I suffered for gosh, like well over 15 years with this massive fatigue, and then you know, going through the emotional part of having a hysterectomy, you know, when I was hoping to have children, and and be told by doctors, you’re fine, you know, that was really hard. And then I did see and I had other symptoms too, like body, right joint pain, bloating, mood issues, sleep issues, just all kinds of things, you name it. And I did finally, find some integrative providers. But actually, they weren’t turning over the right rocks yet. And it’s nothing against them. And I learned a lot from them. And they did try. And it got to a point where people were that provides, you’re starting to tell me, you know, they were telling me to get counseling and things like that, instead of prescribing books to read, which was great. And I’m all for counseling, my dad was a counselor, I’m a big fan of it, I think we all could use some of that, no matter where we are in our life, I’m 100% but I just knew there was a physical component to it. I just knew, you know, it just it wasn’t getting resolved. And and I was really getting down and out. And you know, going out with this for years and going through caretaking my mom and you know, drinking massive amounts of coffee, and it was just, you know, unbelievable time it was now I look back, it’s pretty much a blur. But I...

Debra Muth 0:02Welcome to Let’s Talk Wellness Now, I’m your host, Dr. Deb. This is where we talk about everything wellness, and learn to defy aging, and live our lives on our own terms. Have you ever wondered why sometimes life delivers us a path that we didn’t ask for? One that we wouldn’t have wished for or wished on our worst enemy. A part in our life where everything feels like it’s upside down, and you don’t see a way out. I’m sure all of us have been in that position. At one point or another. We’ve all had our dreams shattered. Whether it’s a big major dream. I remember when my son was in high school, it was his senior year and he was playing football. And he was so excited because he was being evaluated by D one school to play college football. And their very first game of the season, which was a scrimmage game. He was asked to play a different position, he was asked to pay play running back and he was a frontline men. And during that game, somebody hit him just right. And he injured his knee. Now he didn’t just injure his knee, he tore his ACL, MCL LCL, PCL, his knee was gone. And he was 17 years old. And his dream of playing college football, and becoming a coach someday was shattered. And luckily, we had a great surgeon here in Madison that worked for the Madison football team. And he repaired his knee. But he gave him option that day and said, You’re going to have two choices to make. Walk when you’re 40 or play college ball, you get to choose as one of the hardest decisions my son had ever had to make. And it took a long time. But he finally made the decision to walk away from football. It was his love of his life, it was the only thing he knew. And that can certainly be a challenge for all of us. We’ve all had those points in our lives, where those things that happen to us change the decisions that we make, and put us on a different path. And my next guest, Jodie Hardy, is going to talk to us about living that life. When things change. How do we get through the difficult times? How do we rebuild after something shatters us? How do we support ourselves and others who are going through a loss, even when we may not understand the loss or may not understand how they feel or may not see it as a loss to us at all. But to them, it’s a tragedy. So I want to give you this gift today in talking to God and learning how we can walk through this path with not just grace, but with pride and with strength. And without having it completely destroy everything we know. Welcome back to Let’s Talk wellness out. I have my wonderful guest, Jody Harty with us today. And we are going to talk about an amazing topic for you guys. It is different than what we’ve done in the past. So if you’re listening and you want to view what she’s showing, just go over to YouTube because she’s going to show some slides with us today. But she’s going to also talk you through all of those. So get ready, hunker down and listen in. Jody, welcome to the show.
Jody Harty 4:29Hi, thank you for having me. I’m super excited to be part of your show today. It’s been a long time. We’ve been trying to do this forever, it seems.
Debra Muth 4:38Yes, it has been and you know, crazy times busy lives, but I’m so glad we were able to connect today.
Jody Harty 4:45Yes, absolutely.
Debra Muth 4:47So Jody, tell us your story. You have a trauma story, that you’re trying to get out to the world so people understand and know how to navigate things and how to protect themselves, but also how to heal as well.
Jody Harty 5:03Yeah, um, so it was three and a half years ago. It’ll be well, almost four, and it’ll be four in February. So 2018 I was supposed to be going to see my husband in Fort McMurray, because that’s four hours away. He worked out of town. And we just had a massive snowstorm. And I was really worried about the roads. And I talked to my husband Mike about this. And he said, The roads were fine. They were dry and clear. And he was a manager of a trucking company back then. So he was an expert at assessing road conditions. And he was an expert at knowing my driving capabilities. And he wasn’t worried. So February 3, came, got into our vehicle. My daughter and I were super excited to go and we called Mike and Marley piped up and said, Daddy, are you excited to see your favorite four year old little girl? Because she had three sisters. So she knew she had to make the distinction here. And he said, I sure am sweetheart. And they ended the phone call saying how much they loved one another. And they said goodbye. She was so excited afterwards. She was wiggling and giggling in her seat like little kids do little four year olds do because she had a surprise for him. She was wearing overalls. And her dad loved overalls, but they were for boys. She never wore overalls. But she found this pair and she loved them. So she was wiggling and giggling and super excited. The next thing I knew I was leaning over hunched over my steering wheel, knowing not to move. I heard a man’s voice and I said call my husband call my husband. But inside I thought I can’t hear Marley. I don’t know how she is. But I can’t hear Marley. I heard my voice. And I asked him Mike, is it Saturday? Yes, it is sweetheart. Where are we coming to see you? Yes, your honey. Mike can hear Marley. I don’t know how she is. I can’t hear Marley. The next thing I knew I was waking up. And a mother’s heart knows when something is wrong. And I was intubated. Couldn’t talk, but they gave me a pen and paper. And I would write husband, Marley girls, and then we get all the answers except for Marley. Finally, after three days of trying to keep me in a chemically induced coma, they realized that I was having none of that. And I needed to be told. So on the third day, Mike lovingly sat beside me. He couldn’t even lay his hand on the bed because I could feel the vibration of people’s breathing through my shattered bones. And he told me that Marley had died instantly on impact. So this is Marley. She was our little dancer and she loved Poppy. And that was the last Halloween that she was alive. They told me that I would be in the hospital recovering for 10 months. I told them they were wrong. I mean, I had had clients with knee and hip replacements and they were fine after six weeks. I actually only had broken bones like I was in the alternative field for 24 years prior. I was a massage practicing massage therapist at the time. I knew my anatomy, I knew how the body works, you know, broken bones, six weeks, you’re done, you’re healed. I have titanium rods and all of my long bones from the hips down. I had multiple compound fractures of the right tibia and a shattered fibula. My left femur had multiple complete breaks. And again, shattered fibula shattered tibia.
Jody Harty 9:42I needed external structures to hold me together before I was stable for my first surgeries. So not only was I recovering from the injuries of the accident, but I was also recovering from the injuries of the surgeries that were keeping me stable. So in these images, you will See that the first one is the metal rods that they screwed into me to keep me in place. And then on the I think it is my right, I hope it’s not reversed for you guys, you will see the femoral head, and you’ll see that it’s nearly snapped right off. So all of the impact of that accident because my foot was on the brake just went right up like like, accordion just No. I now am titanium. I have titanium rods in all of my bones, except for my left tibia, I have that plate removed or right before COVID in February 2020, you’ll see that I have a bilateral hip plate now that holds that femur in place. So I’ve got limited mobility now. But the thing here, ...

Joel Greene 2:53Thank you, Debra, thank you for having me.
Debra Muth 2:55So Joel, tell us your journey. How did you get into nutrition and you do something called the immunity code to get involved in that?
Joel Greene 3:07I started when I was a kid. I was in theJack LaLanne like at an early age like five oh no it wasn’t wasn’t like a billion channels on back then.
Debra Muth 3:20That’s true.
Joel Greene 3:22You would you get up in the morning and you know there were cartoons and Jack LaLanne. Yeah. So do the Jack LaLanne jump up and down with him. And it just became for whatever reason just kind of became part of my life from about that age. So I got into running when the running craze hit that was in 70s and that just started running I was like fourth grade started running around the block and see how far I could go and and then I wanted to get fast and I started sprinting in fifth grade kind of every day during the summer going to the blacktop and try to get faster and that led into I was really skinny, super skinny. I was like in fourth grade and I started tying together like a hammock and doing curls with our with the bars from the hammock and and I shot up and got like really tall in one year. And I was just humiliated. I was so skinny. So I’ve always wear a long long sleeve shirts to school. And so I got into I got into weightlifting and kind of kind of like just pursued that path all through kind of High School Sports, track and field and then write about when I was in college. I started just reading more and I was I was I was going to UCI and working out and I was just kind of you know, I was reading all the fitness magazines and just try and stuff that I would find in there. So example. There was a there was a workout that said you could gain an inch on your arms and one day it just worked out 12 hours so it worked out For hours, got me chronically sore never worked. So I was kind of an early supplement user. And there was a company called champion nutrition that made that made a thing called, was actually called metal ball. And the really interesting thing about it was the label said contains MC teas, that that was fat cannot be stored as fat. And this was like 1989, I think 90. And that, so this was the era of no fat, like, everything, that no fat on it. And so the idea that fat couldn’t be stored as fat was, was like, what you know, and so yeah, just reading more trying to understand more of this stuff, but I just, I just kind of got into it, you know, from from an early age, really what happened. And long story short, I was always a consumer, and I had this journey as a consumer, that is probably very similar to what I often hear from other people. And it’s that you, you would try a lot of things, and then you would have like success. And you would think that whatever that thing was, was the thing. And, and you’d get down the road a few years. And suddenly the thing became like, like a weight around your neck, like, like it stopped working. And not only did it stop work...
We think the concept of edible vaccines is new since CV 19 it has been since the 1990s that Big Pharma has been studying edible vaccines. We need to know what goes into our food source so we have control over what we put into our bodies.
Do not miss these highlights:
04:35 – Edible vaccines are not a brand new phenomenon, it has been looked at for a very long time already
05:43 – The perceived advantages and benefits of edible vaccines are not the real concern with them
08:49 – We may not know if the food we’re consuming has vaccine material attached
10:09 – The difference between having a positive immune response versus protection against disease
13:30 – The concern that this is Big Pharma’s way of trying to make more money by lowering its cost of production and taking doctors out of the mixture
14:13 – They’re looking for a larger number of edible species converting it into vaccine antigens
21:09 – In integrative medicine, there is no vaccine that’s going to boost your immune system
21:32 – Algae-based edible vaccines and the cross-contamination of yields that can happen with green algae.
22:19 – A look at insect cell-based vaccines
26:18 – The specific issues related to edible vaccines

Or check us out at our website at Serenity health care. center.com. Hi, this is Dr. Deb from let’s talk wellness now. And tonight I want to talk to you about edible vaccines. You know, there’s a lot of controversy and a lot of talk recently about edible vaccines. And this thought that edible vaccines are just starting to come now because of COVID-19, when that’s actually not true. The first successful human trial for an edible vaccine was conducted in 1997, where volunteers were fed trans genic potatoes, which possessed the subunit of an Ecoli virus that caused the toxin and caused was the responsibility for some diarrhea. Now, they’ve also looked at providing the hepatitis B vaccine via potato. So it seems like potatoes is the food of choice for us to provide vaccines to the public. Not from an injection standpoint, but by feeding us this substance. Now, scientists are saying that there could be some drawbacks to this. But they also feel as though there could be some huge potential in the fact that using edible vaccines that are more sustainable than the injectable vaccines in the terms of productivity and environmental impact. Overall, the edible vaccines also create less waste, they require less energy, and they lead to a more productive world. And I’m quoting this because fewer resources are expanded on people who are ill from vaccine preventable diseases. Wow, I can’t even believe this is what I’m actually reading. They go on to say before the vaccine can be released to the market for actual use. It must go through years of clinical trials and testing. Not at all what we’re seeing here, and then it must be cleared by the FDA. Edible vaccines could be the solution to the lack of vaccination against hepatitis B. Now, I don’t know about any of you, but I don’t think there’s a lack of hepatitis B when every newborn infant is vaccinated with hepatitis B, literally the moment they come out of their mother. So I don’t think there’s such a big problem with the vaccination issue
Debra Muth 4:27
where they have to put it into our food, but that’s what they’re claiming, at least according to the development of an edible vaccine to prevent Hepatitis B document. And these people actually started looking at providing the hepatitis B vaccine into an edible form back in the 90s. So this is not a brand new phenomenon. We’re looking at this is technology that they have been looking at for a very long time already. So when we think that a lot of these things are just starting to come out, because of COVID-19 not true at all, these are things that they have been looking at for decades. You know, we already realize that the patent for COVID-19 vaccine was taken out back in the 90s, as well, as were the patents for the treatment for the vaccine. So according to this document, what they’re saying the advantages and benefits of edible vaccines are, is that they possess significant advantages that cannot be overlooked, mind you, when compared to the traditional injectable vaccines, the benefits of edible vaccines become clear, because the drawbacks of an injectable vaccine can be resolved now with an edible vaccine. So they’re assuming that the biggest problem to a vaccine is the injection itself, not the fact that maybe people don’t want to be inoculated with a toxin, maybe not the fact that they already had a adverse reaction to the vaccine material, nothing like that. It’s just that people are adverse to getting an injection itself. Now, they also go on to say the apparent characteristics of an edible vaccine is that they can be consumed, obviously, on the surface level, which eliminates the pain and the fear of pain that some patients experience when getting a injected vaccine. Furthermore, this feature makes administration easy, which promotes compliance, especially among children. The edible means of the administration also means that there’s a decreased need for medical professionals and a reduced need for sterile conditions. So now they want to take out of the picture, a medical professional, their decision making process around who gets a vaccine and who doesn’t. And they just want to inoculate everyone and anyone, regardless of their medical status and their medical history, they go on to say that edible vaccines are heat stable, so refrigeration is not required, and they can be stored near the site of use. And because of the reduced need for specific conditions, edible vaccines are economically favorable. And moreover, edible vaccines are just much less expensive than traditional vaccines to mass produce and transport. Another benefit of the vaccines. So as you see, this all comes down to money, right? How can we make things cheaper, easier, more effective, and get people to comply? What what to whatever it is that we want them to comply to, without their knowledge, mind you? Do you honestly think that they’re going to tell any of us that the foods we’re consuming, have been prepared with transgenic technology that inoculate us with a vaccine? That’s my question. And my answer is most likely not. They will not be telling us that our foods are going to be manipulated like this, and that we are going to be consuming things you see in this country. They don’t even want to tell us that our food has been genetically modified. They don’t want to tell us where our food supply comes from. They don’t want to have to label if our food has been manipulated in any way, shape, or form.
Debra Muth 9:19
So do we really think they’re going to tell us that the food we’re consuming has vaccine material attached to it? I can tell you that answer is going to be a big fat no. They have already asked for edible vaccines to have applications for many other diseases. Besides hepatitis B. They are looking at developing edible vaccines for malaria and measles to stop auto immunity Why would we be doing that? They’re using this in the veterinary field already to protect livestock against parasitic diseases. And studies have shown that after consuming the vaccines, the animals have demonstrated positive immune response to the antigen levels. And they have increased. Now there’s a difference between having a positive immune response versus a protection against disease. Those are two separate things, we can show that by inoculating you with something, you have an immune response in your body. But that does not necessarily mean that disease is going to be prevented as a result of that. And that is one of the biggest things that we’re not looking at with vaccination. Now, there are some people that are opposing this, and those who are opposing it. They’re opposing it from the genetic modified organization. So GMOs, which is the foundation behind the development of the vaccine itself. And the stance on those who oppose the vaccination, of course, is unknown at this time, according to this document. But despite the unanswered questions in the opposition, edible vaccines prevent an innovative new solution to help countless individuals around the world that cannot receive traditional vaccines for a variety of reasons. I call a huge, huge BS on this, there are going to be more people that are going to be standing up and saying no to edible vaccines, simply because of the fact that we don’t have a right to be manipulating our food, and putting things into our food without us understanding what it does to us. Do we really know that these edible vaccines are safe? Well, not necessarily. So some of the statistics have shown that an entire population of China requires only 40 acres of land for production of hepatitis B edible vaccines annually.
Debra Muth 12:18
As of this 200 acres of a plot is required for the production of edible vaccines for all infants in the world. They are ready to vaccinate all of our children with an experimental inoculation. People we have to start stepping up and saying no, they’re already looking at various edible products like plants, algae, insect cells, whole yeast, lactic lactic acid bacteria, which are used as alternative agents for parental vaccines. You know, I don’t know about you, but it gets very frightening. When we start manipulating nature in these ways. We start looking at things and doing things differently. Without truly knowing, is this going to increase our risk for cancer? Is this going to increase our risk for autoimmune disease? What kind of effect is this going to have on our lifestyle, our life, like our life expectancy, you know, this is all big farmers way of trying to make more money by lowering its cost of production, and taking doctors out of the mixture. Now, aside from potatoes, they have already generalized an application successful to genetic transfer transformation methods in plants, including tomatoes, maize, tobacco, bananas, carrots, and peanuts, and they’ll have a bigger, brighter future on edible vaccines. So we need to start looking at this. They’re also looking at a till date for a larger number of edible species such as lettuce, tomato, potato, papaya, carrot, quinoa, and of course, tobacco again, converting all of these things into vaccine antigens. I don’t know you guys, this is really scary. What they’re looking at doing is using potato for a model of vaccines against tetanus, diphtheria, hepatitis B, and Norwalk virus, and their first attempt to develop an edible vaccine in potato is for intra itis caused by Ecoli strain. And the potato may also have a role as an oral surgeon. strengthening to hepatitis B in humans and edible vaccine against milk enteritis vaccine virus attack was developed also in potatoes, and they tried to develop a vaccine for rabbit hemorrhagic virus in wild rabbits. Now the main benefit of producing edible vaccines from potatoes is the ease of transformation and propagation. There’s no need for refrigeration or storage. And the main disadvantage is for cooking, because it can denature the antigen itself. So they’ve also looked at Rice as a species for development of edible vaccines. And they were looking at this commonly used in baby food and high expression of antigen, but what they found is it grows slowly and requires glasshouse conditions. So in 2007, a study conducted in transgenic rice called Oryza was a significant amount of antibodies against ecoli. And the functional expression of hepatitis B in rice seeds was confirmed in 2008. And vaccine development from the rice plant will have a massive power on the public health where rice is a major source of food. So do you see where their thinking goes? Like if somebody has a large food intake of something that is where they want to place these inoculations onto our food supply.
Debra Muth 16:37
Also looking at banana this was a commonly used plant species in the production of edible vaccine, because it doesn’t need to be cooked. The proteins were not destroyed after cooking. And of course, once again, it’s inexpensive when compared to other plants. They use banana to express Hepatitis B and the leaf contains the antigen. The disadvantage is it can take two to three years to mature and spoils after ripening. Now for those of you who know about toxicology and plants, bananas are one of the most toxic foods we can eat if it’s not grown organically, so it’s very easy for them to put some of these things into our food sources. Now interesting Lee enough tomato was effective against Acute Respiratory Syndrome. SARS caused by Coronavirus, which was first established in the tomato. They found that it protected better against Norwalk virus, then vaccines produced from potato and the leaves, stems, fruits and other tissues has the ability to express the cholera B toxin. So tomatoes have also been used in the expression of hepatitis B. And they claim it’s an effective vaccine against Alzheimer’s disease. Because it stopped the expression of beta amyloid proteins, vaccines for pneumonia septicemia bubonic plague were also developed from tomatoes and it grows quickly and cultivate broadly. Why would we need a vaccine for Alzheimer’s disease unless Alzheimer’s disease was actually caused by a bacterial infection or a viral infection? That’s an interesting question that we need to start asking because there are many people that believe Alzheimer’s disease is affected by bacterial and viral and parasitic infections that cross the blood brain barrier. So some interesting thoughts, we move on to lettuce which they also find as an effective model against enteric disease both in animals and humans caused by ecoli. And they use a glycoprotein e two expression for lettuce classically for swine fear, which is a hog pest. You know, this plant is mainly used raw, so they found that it could be beneficial against Hepatitis B as well. Now, tobacco is not an edible plant, but it was used in a model for the development of edible vaccines. A vaccine was developed in tobacco for Norwalk virus in 1996 that caused gastroenteritis. And tobacco actually expresses a protein against chicken infectious anemia. So tobacco has the ability to express something called a polypeptide related to hepatitis B. People we wow I’m just blown away by looking at this document and seeing all the different effects of what could causing these issues now. They’re also looking at alfalfa to be used as an edible vaccine for veterinarian purposes. Transgenic alfalfa helps to prevent against hog pest virus, which was developed in 2005. Carrots were not only healthy and delicious, as they call them, but they are a great edible vaccine for vaccines against HIV, which mind you we have yet to have a good HIV vaccine as Fauci has been working on since 1980, and has also put into the COVID-19 vaccines. Now, they’re also looking at it for ecoli and H. Pylori bacteria. And they say people with a weak immune system get proper benefit from consuming this type of antigen containing a carrot. Now, I’m sorry, if you have a decreased immune system. We’re on Earth do adding inoculations like this, support your immune system in any way shape or form. In our integrative medicine, there is no vaccine that’s going to boost your immune system, you need to be boosting your immune system with things like vitamin C, vitamin D, quercetin,Vitamin K, two and zinc, things like that that are going to truly boost your immune system, not inoculations.
Debra Muth 21:22
Now they’re also looking at algae based edible vaccines, green micro algae, which have turned out to be profoundly valuable according to them in protein generation stages for an assortment of industrial and treatment applications. Now, some of this algae, you know, we think of green algae as being somewhat healthy, but there are times that it could not be so healthy. There are cross contamination of yields that can happen with green algae. And there can be more complications. Now according to them, there’s more regulatory perspectives that make green algae not such a great product to be using for a vaccine. And then we get into insect cell based vaccines. So in insect cell culture, innovation was acknowledged as an option for generations of recombinant proteins, including subunit vaccines. They were looking at these things, to use the recombinant proteins to create frameworks as a coating or an uncoated inoculation. So essentially, what they want to do is express a scheme of baculovirus, which was not resistant to cultivated cells alone, the larvae and the poopa of the insects can be used in the manufacturing proteins. Seriously, we’re going to use the larvae, the eggs of these insects to create an inoculation. I don’t know about you, I spend a lot of time in my office, trying my best to get insects bacterias parasites viruses out of the party, not working on putting them into the body. So they’re also looking at an application for edible vaccines for malaria. And recently, there’s three antigens that are selected for the development of edible vaccines for malaria. One was a surface protein MSP for an MSP five from the plus plasmodium form, and they were looking at oral administration of these recombinant MSPs and their therapy with cholera toxin B. They use large quantities of antigens to be incorporated into the plants to express a minimum amount of antigen itself. Wow, guys, I honestly don’t know what else to possibly say. They’re also looking at edible vaccines for measles.
Debra Muth 24:29
The measles Live Attenuated Vaccine has no oral efficacy and is destroyed on maintenance of a cold chain of refrigeration. Maternal antibody presence in the measles vaccine reduces its effectiveness. So there’s a two surface protein that are hemagglutinin and fusion proteins and one with a wild type measles virus. So they’re looking at samples Have the animals vaccinated vaccinated with measles to show a presence of IGA antibodies, and studies revealed that transgenic carrot plant is the best choice for measles vaccination. Now, for those of you who are aware of the measles problem is the MMR MMR vaccine that children get that we see a high incidence of autism occur shortly after that vaccination. Now, if we are concerned at all about vaccinating our children, we should be extremely concerned about them putting these proteins and these vaccination materials into our food source and having us consume them. Whether we know it’s happening or not. Now in January of 2005, the who conducted a meeting regarding the regulatory evaluation of plant based vaccines. And the meeting ended up by concluding that the existing guidelines for development, evaluation and use of vaccines made by conventional methods can be applied in the production of edible vaccines. There were specific issues related to edible vaccines, plant derived vaccines should be clinically tested under the US investigational new drug application and must also follow all regulatory and GMP requirements. So the future of edible vaccine depends on many different criteria. How well would it be approved by the population so that it’s necessary to make aware of the society on the use and benefits of edible vaccines. And in some areas, it’s believed that genetically modified plants and products were a threat like evil spirits, and destroy the world. So there’s a crucial role to awaken the people from this myth of evil spirits by the authorities. Wow, people I don’t know I sometimes feel like I’m living in a sci fi movie. The next important benchmark is to check its stability of the genetically modified plants and proper isolation of the plant itself. And sometimes the trans gene causes allergies. Hmm, go figure that plant made oral vaccines might induce allergic reactions during the post translational translational modifications, and oral tolerance when co administered with oral adjuvants to mostly activate the mucosal immune system and provoke hypersensitivity responses to other proteins contained in daily food. So we might create an allergen. Now mind you, we already have a major problem with food allergies, partially due to GMO partially due to infections, creating gut lining issues, partially due to overconsumption and manipulation of how our plants are derived. So they go on to say that the major challenge of edible vaccines is its approval from the public, as there are some opinions such as genetically modified products harm society, as well as environment and closely monitoring. This is required, while growing plants for the production of edible vaccines, as there’s a chance of cross contamination in molecular farming between genetically modified plants and non genetically modified plants during pollination. So there is a possibility of accidentally entering a pharmaceutical into a human food chain that may also affect the wildlife and edible vaccines can produce complex multimeric proteins that cannot be expressed by the microbial system. And it is safe and effective method of vaccination. As the benefits of edible vaccines are prominent enough to overcome side effects. Proper research and development in this area is required.
Debra Muth 29:19
Well, if it’s anything like what we’ve seen recently, with proper development of our vaccines with COVID-19, I can tell you that we’re most likely not going to see proper evaluation and proper scientific research from both sides. We’re going to see one side which is going to be our pharmaceutical industry pushing for what they want because of cost and the ability to manipulate the people in the direction that they want. Now, if there’s one thing that I’ve learned from all of this that’s happened in the last 18 months, it’s This, in order for us to make a stand on what we’re doing, we truly need to start contacting our congress people, and letting them know that we do not want them to be injecting things into our food supply. without our knowledge, and we don’t want them to be manipulating our food supply at all. What I would encourage all of you to do is to buy organic seeds. Now, whether you plant them or you stockpile them, have them so that should this come down the pike in the next year or two, because it’s going to come faster than we think. You will have seeds that you will be able to grow your own food and know exactly what’s been put into your food. The other option you have is to purchase food from your mom and pop farmer, your farmers market. Your Amish farmers, your Mennonite farmers were they still cultivating grow organic seeds with very little manipulation to the crop at all. That is the only way you are going to have a food source that is going to be safe, and you will know exactly where your food comes from. Sorry to be a Debbie Downer today on this episode. But when this came out this week, talking about the edible vaccines I wanted to hop on and give you a quick evaluation of what I’m seeing in the world of edible vaccines. Now, for those of you who have popped in and out of this episode, note that I am not in favor of edible vaccines. I’m not in favor at all of us manipulating our food source. I think our food source needs to say confined and contained in nature the way God created it not with human manipulation. So thank you for listening to this episode. Please share it and like it. Leave us a comment below. I know it is extremely controversial, but I really think it’s important for you guys to know what’s going on today with it. Thanks.

The post Episode 145: Edible Vaccines Have Been Explored for Years first appeared on Let's Talk Wellness Now.
It’s here! Pfizer has released the data on their vaccine trail. The very information they wanted to withhold for 55 years. Pfizer wanted to slowly release data to the FDA over 55 years but the judge said no. Why didn’t the FDA say no? This has never been done before by the FDA so ask yourself why? The adverse reactions are over 139K just in their study of 42,086 participants!
Do not miss these highlights:
03:19 – They studied 42,000 people for the vaccine
06:10 – The threshold of Acceptability for death in any study for a medication or drug vaccine is 25 people or less, but this discloses there have been 1,223 fatalities
07:04 – There are 51,335 adverse reactions in a study of only 42,000 people
08:00 – Other adverse reactions that are being noted are: Nervous System Disorders, Musculoskeletal or Connective Tissue Disorders, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Skin and Subcutaneous Tissue Disorders, Respiratory and Thoracic issues
12:09 – Other side effects identified – Lymphadenopathy (swelling of the Lymph Nodes), Myocarditis, Tachycardia, Fatigue, Chills, and Pyrexia
13:27 – In their study, about 5.5% of the people still developed Covid after they got the vaccine
14:38 – Roughly 10% of the people in this study have gotten an infection which shows the drug was ineffective for them and that they can spread the virus to other people
15:03 – The S2 Protein has been linked to increasing the risk of breast cancer, triggering the BRCA gene
17:31 – If you have seen some side effects after having the vaccine, consult a functional medicine doctor to be assessed before the symptoms get worse

I wanted to record this quick podcast for you guys, because we have some information from Pfizer, and they provided a data dump for us finally on the study for their CV 19 vaccine. So a few weeks ago, they requested to the FDA to not disclose their information from their study for 55 years. Yes, you heard me, right. They did not want to release this information for 55 years. And the question is why? In any other scientific study, before the FDA approves use of anything, they have to be able to see the data. And Pfizer requested that they released 500 pages a month for the next 55 years of their data will finally we had a judge who said no, this is unacceptable. You need to release the information now. Now I’m going to preface this because this is huge, like everything we’re doing in medicine right now, with this vaccine is not common practice it is very different than anything we’ve ever done before. So we have a snapshot here. And I have the actual document from Pfizer showing all of the complications, or non complicated things that they’ve seen in their study. So there’s a small table here that I want to run down with you guys. So you know what we’re dealing with this vaccine. So in the population of people that they studied for the vaccine, they studied 42,000 people roughly just just under 42,086 people. So I’m just going to do round numbers here where it makes sense. This of this 42,000 People, they broke it down into males female and then no data. So some people in the study never reported what sex they were. That’s usually that’s odd because usually they don’t have that they have to disclose male or female. So we have 29,914 females in this study. We have 9182 males. And then we have about 2900 people that didn’t report their gender at all that make up this population of 42,000 people. The age range for the participants is also broken down so they they studied this in 175 children under the age of 17. In our age group from 18 to 30. There were 4953 participants between the ages of 31 and 50. We had 13,886 participants, ages 51 to 64 7884 participants between the age group of 65 and 74 3098 participants
Debra Muth 4:56
and over 75 5200 and 14. And then we have an unknown age group, which also is very odd, because we always want to know someone’s age in a study 6876. So we already see two things, we don’t know all of the data for their sex, we don’t know all their data for their age. So the mean age group, so average was 50 years old was the mean age group of their study. Now, here are some of the outcomes, which is where we really get sticky on this. So people who had the vaccine and have either recovered or are recovering, meaning they had some kind of complication 19,852. There were recovered and the sequela so recovered, and still having some kind of complication, after the injection was given was 520. And of the people who have not recovered from their symptoms, after they had the injection 11,361 in their fatal category, meaning they take they took the injection, and they died, was 1223. Now this is significant, because the threshold of acceptability, for death in any study for a medication, drug vaccine, anything is 25 people or less, and we have 1223. And then that case outcome of an unknown so we don’t know they’ve gotten the job. They we don’t know what kind of problems they had 9400 People they weren’t able to follow up on. So we don’t know what happened to those people. Now, I also am going to just break down briefly for you here, the different things of where we saw the greatest effects of the injection itself, as Pfizer reported it, so general disorders and administration site conditions were 51,335. So this would consist of they felt achy, they felt tired, they had pain at the injection site. Maybe they didn’t feel good for two or three days afterwards. They had sore arm redness, those kinds of things. 51,335 of those, okay. This should be a question because if they had reported 51,335 adverse reactions in a study of only 42,000 people, that is a high number of general disorders that we’re seeing, that means that more than Well, that means that people in the study had more than one adverse reaction per person, right. So some people had multiple adverse reactions that they were reporting. nervous system disorders were 25,957. So this could be Bell’s Palsy. This could be numbness, this could be tingling. This could be dizziness, lightheadedness.
Debra Muth 8:18
Anything that affects the general nervous system, musculoskeletal or connective tissue, so muscle pain, muscle weakness, connective tissue disorders, 17,283 adverse reactions, gastrointestinal disorders, GI upset stomach, diarrhea, constipation. This could be as severe as having the entire colon shut down 14,096 adverse reactions, skin and skin, subcutaneous tissue disorders. These are things like a rash. It could be soreness, we see a lot of rashes, a lot of things that look like hives, it could be things that look like eczema or psoriasis, any of these kinds of things or actual tissue breakdown 8476 respiratory, thoracic issues so breathing, asthma, chest pain, chest tightness, those kinds of things. 1848 infections or infestation So you took the jab and now you actually got COVID You got a flu, you got a viral upper respiratory illness something like that. 4610 injury poisoning or procedural complications meaning somebody gave the injection wrong. Maybe they had an adverse reaction like anaphylactic reaction, you had an allergic reaction to it or you had some kind of injury. When they gave the injection itself they injected into vessel they injected into a nerve. It was an overdose, something like that 5590. And investigations, we don’t really know what they’re calling investigations, but things that they’re investigating into. It could be anything. It could be Bell’s Palsy, it could be something outside of these normal things that they reported 3693 adverse reactions. So when we look at this as a whole, and we’re talking about silencing people in the media for saying that there are hundreds of 1000s of adverse reactions that are happening in this job and saying that these people are wrong, and that they’re lying, and it’s misinformation. Well, that is not true anymore. This is not misinformation. This is right here, in the Pfizer documents themselves in their table of adverse reactions, we can clearly see that these numbers that people are reporting are correct. They are not lying, they are not providing misinformation. So when Facebook and Twitter and YouTube and all of those people are taking down posts, and they’re saying that it’s disinformation, or the medical community is going after doctors and nurses for providing, quote, unquote, misinformation, we can clearly see that that is not correct, that that Pfizer has been withholding this information this entire time, as has the FDA, because the FDA hasn’t seen this. And when we talk about the FDA approving the vaccine, while we know that that’s not true, a they didn’t prove they didn’t approve the bio nanotech particle vaccine, they approved common arity. And if they were going to approve the Pfizer shot in the US, and not looking at this data, that is a big mistake on their part to begin with. So I want to talk a little bit about some other side effects that they were seeing because this is important for us to look at as well. So they did see lymphadenopathy so swelling of the lymph nodes in 1972 people. Now cardiac is a big issue that they’ve been talking about, you know, we’ve been seeing this myocarditis, this inflammation of the heart. And there’s been questions as to whether or not Pfizer knew this was a problem or not. Now in this study that we’re looking at right now, they report tachycardia as being an issue in 1098. People, they don’t talk about myocarditis, they just talk about the tachycardia. But I will tell you that they had to have known with a number of people were seeing collapsing with cardiac issues, or myocarditis, they had to have seen this as an issue before. So some of the general disorders that they classify is fatigue, chills, pyrexia was huge. It was 18.2%. So 7666 people have that as part of their issue.
Debra Muth 13:25
This is an interesting one. So drug in effectiveness, meaning that they took the jab, and they still got COVID. In their study, 2201 people still had breakthrough. So about five and a half percent of the people had breakthrough after they have the vaccine. So why are we pushing a vaccine that has a 5% breakthrough rate in their study, and now we’re going to see, it’ll be even higher now that more people have taken the jab, we are seeing that there’s an ineffective rate to this. We need to be looking at this. They also looked separately at drug effectiveness. They actually looked at infection for COVID-19. They had an additional 1927 People who developed COVID. So about four and a half percent of the people that were vaccinated, still were getting COVID. These are high numbers, people, these are really high numbers. We don’t see this kind of breakthrough rate. If we think that this vaccine is protecting people, and we’re saying if you’ve gotten the vaccine, and you don’t need to wear a mask, and you don’t need to quarantine and you can’t get sick, this is a lie. roughly 10% of the people in this study have gotten an infection the drug was ineffective for them, and they can spread the virus to other people. This makes no sense what we’re asking of, of the people to do in taking this vaccine. There’s just it just makes absolutely no sense to me at All. So this is really important. Another study actually just came out of China this week showing that the ES two protein, so the spike to protein has been linked to increasing the risk of the Abraca. One gene being turned on. So initially, there was concern that we were going to see a higher rate of cancer. And then that was told to us that it wasn’t true. Well, now we’re, we’re actually coming out and China is saying, Yes, we are seeing the s two protein triggering the Brocker bracha gene. So that’s your breast cancer gene. And these people could be at higher risk for breast cancer. Now I have patients who carry the braca one gene, and they’re being told that they can take the vaccine and they can, you know, sustain their job that it’s okay for them to do that. But this information is clear that it can turn this on. And if they’ve done everything they can to prevent it. Why are we forcing them if they have Abraca? One gene to do this, this is crazy to me and should not be allowed in our society, we have to look at individual medical conditions. Before we just start blanketly saying everybody should take this vaccine, everybody should take the job, nobody’s going to be injured. That’s a lie. We know that we can’t do that in anything that would like be like saying everybody can take the same medication at the same dose and nobody’s going to be affected, people are going to be affected. And they have a right to make that choice whether or not they want to take that risk. I am all about individuality, individual illness of health care. And not everything is for everyone. Not every dose is right. Not every medication is right. Not every surgical procedure is right. individualized medicine is what we need to be doing. Not this blanket, everyone do the same thing, everyone get the same dose. And we don’t take anyone’s medical history into consideration. I think this is craziness. I want you guys to have this information and be empowered by this. So I am going to share this link with you guys in our podcast notes. So if you want to look at the full case study, you can go ahead and take a look at this. And you can see for yourself exactly what people are doing. So take a look at this be armed with information, go back and fight if you don’t want to take this jab. And if you have already taken this, and you’re seeing some of the side effects in yourself, I want you to get with a functional medicine doctor that can evaluate you for microvessel clotting, they can evaluate you for your immune system, they can evaluate you for autoimmune diseases. And we can look at these complications. And know if you’re having problems with them early on before they actually cause problems.
Debra Muth 17:52
With circulation, and you potentially lose limbs or have a stroke or have an immune system that doesn’t work anymore. Please take care of yourself, do right by yourself, monitor these things, so that you don’t have to have complications of an unknown origin. functional medicine doctors understand this. They know this, if yours doesn’t get with one that does or ask them to read this information and help you out. They’re assessing you can do like a D dimer and a troponin level and a CD 57 cascade, you can do a cytokine panel, there are various things that we can do to monitor you to see if you’re having these complications. We can look at them on an annual basis, there’s a brand new test out that can monitor for 50 different cancer types. So if you’re at risk for cancer, we can see that early we can see if this vaccine has caused problems for you. Do monitoring, do true preventative medicine to take care of yourself and your family so that you don’t have to have a bad outcome. So I appreciate you guys listening to this podcast. Please share this with other people so they can learn quickly what’s going on. And we can get to the bottom of all of these things for them. So be well be safe. And thank you again for listening to us. Hey, it has been really great sharing this time with you guys on the let’s talk wellness now podcast. Did I say that right? Close, close. Kin Jonas. Okay. Well, welcome to the show, Chris it tell us a little bit about yourself.
Kris Quinones 3:06Well, I’ve been working as a holistic practitioner and ru Veda and muscular therapy for the last 25 years. And before that, you know, I’ve been a passionate recreational and semi pro competitive athlete as a martial artist and how dancer and I really enjoy bringing in my knowledge around movement of the body, and how how people can use the holistic healing systems of Yoga and Ayurveda, which is my more recent background in self healing and to bring some vitality into their lives beyond their 90s Oh, I love that. Yeah, yeah. Kinda it’s it was a series of happy accidents or just trusting my intuition, it even in young adulthood, having a real keen sense of seeing into the future has always been a bit of a strength of mine. And it wasn’t until much later when I studied Ayurveda that I understood, oh, that’s part of my natural constitution. And I have this natural ability to see through things pretty clearly. And as I started to learn more about the way nature works through the lens of Yoga and Ayurveda, more of my own life made sense to me. And with that I could bring healing to much deeper levels in my personal life and with that start to impact those who shared my life with me. And that started to really light my fire in the work that I do now, and really getting women especially feeling better supported, and fortified. For the workload that We really do carry, being able to not just survive and get through it, I think that’s Bo. We want to change the narrative on the aging process and allow enough gas in the tank and vitality for us to get to the things that we love doing and that we’re passionate about in our projects, because that’s really where I think we’ll start healing on a global scale.
Debra Muth 5:24I love that. And there’s something that you said that really hit with me is that we just have to push through it and deal with it. And I think that’s been our culture for a very long time is that you know, you just suck it up, chin up, get yourself out there, pick yourself up, it doesn’t matter how bad you feel, you just hide it all and get going. I know I was raised that way. I’ve raised my children that way. But you’re right. I think as we get to a certain place in our lives, we’re like, wait a minute, we start to question that, like, is that what we should be doing? Why am I doing that? Do I have to do that? But it’s hard sometimes for people to have a person in their life or a place in their life to actually answer those questions.
Kris Quinones 6:15Here’s the thing, you know, the answers to those questions. Reside deep within ourselves, we have to develop a better capacity and skill sets to prioritize times of silence in our daily lives, to actually digest it. Right and, and be able to, you know, as the yogi say, you know, use the Budi use the part of our consciousness that allows for the discernment, which will keep us safe from destructive behaviors, patterns, sabotaging beliefs, thoughts, right? And that’s why these are disciplines. These are not fads. These are not tips and tricks that you can whittle down to a quick blog post. I mean, it’s, it’s really an invitation for self study, and to build the framework, truly, to receive deep nourishment on all levels. You know, body, soul, spirit mind. And I think that universally, you know, women are grossly undernourished. And it’s showing, yeah, you know, I just, it’s just not good enough. And I’ve always been so on to say, to call things out, when. And I use that passion to, you know, encourage other women not to just settle. No, and not to just push through that experience is certainly quite common in our culture, but it’s not normal, normal to have, you know, hair thinning and loss coming out in clumps, it’s not normal to enter our menopausal years, exhausted with adrenal fatigue and, you know, digestive disorders and it’s not normal to have as many reproductive challenges and challenges and in knowing what the hell is going on with women’s health. So, you know, it’s really up to us to figure it out for ourselves and I really believe that these systems of IU Veda and yoga and and even what Western allopathic medicine has to offer and some of the new advances with regenerative medicine and in the work that we’re we’re doing an autoimmune disorders now, is becoming that much more integrative because what’s the alternative? Yeah, right. So, yeah, so if I could watch just real me right now.
Debra Muth 8:50That’s okay. You and I could go on like that for a long time you know, I think you’re so right. Like I I work with a lot of midlife women. And I always have, that’s my specialty. And I still love that. But so many times by t...
