How can you be so intent on letting go and yet find it so difficult to do?! It feels like you should be able to just 'release' it, but it's just not that easy.

We all have things we could do better to leave behind. A lot of people want to know how but it's important to know why it's so challenging in the first place. My hope is that you can give yourself some grace through the process. My OTHER hope is that you keep the flame lit under your a** to do the work it takes to get to where you want to go - more peace, more happiness, more balance.
