My guest today is Dr. Christiane Michelberger. She is here today to talk to us about letting go of the self. In 2015, Christiane was diagnosed with breast cancer. In spite of over 40 years of meditation practice and Buddhist studies, she found herself flooded with debilitating fear.
Not being able to cope, she realized that she was spiritually sleepwalking.
Being dedicated to finding awakening, she came across a very simple process that led her to fully go beyond the self and end suffering. Christiane guides serious spiritual seekers who yearn to awaken, so they can reach their goal. She is a retired physician and psychoanalyst and lives in Hamburg, Germany.
