Brussels sprouts - cut in half, julienned, then blanched Toasted walnuts - chopped Bacon or Pancetta - chopped, cooked  Vinaigrette (She recommends Gerard's Champagne Vinaigrette) Garnished with Shaved parmesan 

Served hot or cold as a side dish

Pairs with Crisp white, unoaked chardonnay or Rosé
