Today I've got an incredible interview. I found out about Jeff through our private FB group. He'd been working on the development of a new community in North Carolina, and he shared some of his struggles with the local government.

It wasn't the struggle or the corrupt governments that peaked my interest; it was the way Jeff had dealt with the problem and how he succeeded in spite of all the obstacles the city threw against him. He is living proof that you can fight city hall and win.

Through our discussion, I discovered that he didn't just do it once. He's spent his career battling with local government to bring real affordable housing to communities across the U.S.
