This week on The Library with TIm Einenkel, Tim talks to Jahi a member of the hip-hop group, P.E 2.0 which dropped it's first project last year, People Get Ready, last year and is set to release their latest album, insPirEd in the first week of January 2016. The album features guest appearances from the likes of KRS-One, production from the legendary Easy Mo Bee and brilliant social commentary. Jahi tells Tim:

"Chuck could have selected a lot of different people for P.E. 2.0 and I'm humbled and honored that he selected me. I think it's because that I have a voice, there is a particular level of lyricism that I'm already about, that I was influenced already by Public Enemy KRS-One, Rakim and many others...Public Enemy is my voice. It was Public Enemy that set a culturally consciousness."

This week on the Library, we hear the final part of Tim's interview with talks Descendent, a new independent artist from Newport News, Virginia but currently living in Raleigh, North Carolina. Tim and Descendent continue their discussion about his album, Road to Greatness: Journey of a Lost Soul and what his goal is with music.

He tells Tim:

"My overall goal is to push people to the limited to the best of their ability to be the best person that they can possibility be. Also pushing the hip hop culture forward is what I want to do as well.

This week on The Library with Tim Einenkel, Chicago Hip Hop artist, Verbal Kent. The MC talks about his new album, Anesthesia, which features artists such as Freddie Gibbs, Skyzoo, Torae, Red Pill and production by. J.O.D, Apollo Brown, Marco Polo, Kaz 1, Oh No, Varan. He tells Tim that the best way for someone to listen to the album is, " listen to the album, in a row three times and then say what you think and asks the questions. "

This week on the Library with Tim Einenkel, Tim talks to an extraordinary young MC, Chris Rivers; the son of the late, great lyricist, Big Pun. Tim asked the young lyricist if he puts extra pressure on himself because he's the son of Big Pun? Chris told Tim

“I used to do it a lot more in the past. I'm 21 now and when I first started rapping, I was really trying to find myself as an artist but also as an individual. Now I'm more comfortable as an artist and as a person. I don't have so much to prove up to his name anymore; he's a legend in his own...I try to live up to my expectations at this point.”

This week on The Library, Tim Einenkel sits down with the legendary Chill Rob G who recently just released a brand new EP.

Tim asked the legendary emcee if this is what he imagined Hip Hop becoming, this really big commercial success, to which Chill Rob G replied, "The stuff that we hear on the radio, some of the stuff we hear on the radio, you know what, it's cool. I'm not mad at some of the artists who are not as lyrically gifted as some of the other artists because there is room for all of that. Big Daddy Kane had a lyric back in the day, he said he could fart on a record and make it sound good and today some of these dudes are doing that and, you know, they're selling a lot of records, so you can't be mad at that."

This week on The Library with Tim Einenkel, the great Shabaam Sahdeeq. The Brooklyn artists talks about his newest project, The IV League which is an International Fraternity Of Extraordinary EMCEE's Producers & DJ's, graph writing and why he became an MC.

He tells Tim: “I want to make a change. I grew up on Public Enemy, Tribe Called Quest, artists that were really saying something. Jungle Brothers. KRS. I'm not trying to bring back the pass but we're moving into the future. What's on commercial radio is just dumb down music about partying, and fucking and getting money. As opposed to doing that, I'm doing this.”

Skyzoo's latest album, Music For My Friends, features some amazing artists. Two of those artists are Black Thought and Jadakiss. Thought is featured on the track Money Makes Me Happy and Jadakiss is featured on See A Key (Ki'). On The Library with Tim Einenkel, Skyzoo was asked about those tracks and the importance behind them.

This week on The Library with TIm Einenkel, Brooklyn MC, Skyzoo drops by to talk sneakers, gentrification, and his latest album, Music For My Friends,. Skyzoo tells Tim:

"What makes people want to purchase? What makes people want to say, I know I can stream it legally, or I know I can download it illegally. But what makes me want to give Skyzoo or whoever else $9.99 for an album....This what makes it worth it. It's going to continue serve you after the fact. People buy an album, they listen to it once or twice and they figure it out. Because it was didn't hold a value; it didn't hold the weight...With my music I try to make it were it continues to serve you. Maybe a couple of months later, maybe a year, maybe 5 years, you're still finding things in it."

"The Illmatic of sneakers for me would be the black cement elephant, Jordan 3s....The Black Jordan 3s would be my Illmatic. That's the perfect, all purpose sneakers." Artists, Skyzoo tells Tim on The Library during their interview. June 23, 2015, the Brooklyn MC, released his latest album, Music For My Friends. He sat down with Tim to discuss the album and his other passions. Here's a highlight from it.

This week on The Library with Tim Einenkel, Locksmith talks his newest album, Lofty Goals. What inspires Locksmith to develop concepts for his albums? He tells Tim,

"I just get bored, musically. It's less about the lyrics but more about the music. It just like music to show progression...I like the music, I like to go on a journey. "
