In this episode you get to listen into one of my ramblings from the road. I have been contemplating why we are able to receive some of the the things we are manifesting and why some of the things we are deliberately creating get blocked and pushed away from our experience and we do not receive them. In this episode I review three things that we need to identify when deliberately creating and I discuss why we sometimes sabotage our manifesting with our misalignment.

In this episode I discuss the first few days of my Van life Experience and what it means to accept the imperfections of the journey. We explore what it means to be kind to yourself when the outcome is not what you planned. And how the universe has your back even more when times get tough. In this episode I open up about the fear, insecurity, and moving vulnerably into the unknown, trusting that I am guided and as I accept my self and my situation I will find treasure that I wasn't expecting to find; but the universe knew was there I just had to let go of expectation.

In this episode I discuss the 6 reasons why you should retreat this year. There is a massive difference between vacationing and retreating. In this episode I outline the many options for retreats, how to make them work for your work/home life balance, how to make them work for your budget, and what the benefits are from retreating. I take this opportunity to tell you the many opportunities you have to expand this year with some of the options I will be providing and open the possibility to you attending the retreat that best suits your annual goal. Pull out your vision board and see if a retreat, travel, relaxations, and expansion are on your board. Let's get ready to adventure into a place of calm within the chaos.

In this episode I explore all things water with the "Water Goddess"; Dassie Paredes. We discuss how the water we drink may be "dead water", and how a living water can enhance your health, clean your home, remove pesticides from your produce, and much more. Dassie and I also explore the need for access to clean water in many parts of the world. There are so many (1 in 10) people who do not have access to a clean water source. Furthermore, the water we purchase in bottles may have unhealthy consequences. In addition to water being a part of a healthy life choice we also discuss how drought, over consumption, and misuse of water supplies threaten the limited water resources that we do have. Get out a notebook and get ready for a educational journey down the H2O road.

In this Episode of Life As An Observer I explore what it means to become Aware. Inner and outer awareness is about finding what our highest potential is and seeing how our thick our shadow has become. This shadow may be the thing that may be preventing us from finding the highest self in the light. Furthermore, our awareness extends beyond ourselves and how we relate to others. We have no idea what others are dealing with, going through, or how what they are going through. This may be affecting them showing up in your interactions with them. Lets explore our awareness.
“If only it were all so simple! If only there were evil people somewhere insidiously committing evil deeds, and it were necessary only to separate them from the rest of us and destroy them. But the line dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being. And who is willing to destroy a piece of his own heart?”

In this Episode of Life As An Observer I explore what it means to be in full acceptance of your thoughts, Sensations in the body, and acceptance of things that don't feel good. We look into what is preventing a personal intimacy with self. We will navigate ways we can move to acceptance though pausing, breathing, focusing on the sensations, exploring vulnerability, gracefully observing suffering and accepting it as part of journey.
By accepting ourselves for who we are, we acknowledge all our experiences, and begin to love ourselves opening and wholly. We can then begin to heal and move into a greater sense of inner peace.

In this episode I discuss how a tiny change in behavior may not change your life overnight, but how adding a small habit can turn into a behavior that will have long lasting transformational results. If you want to change a part of your life and create habits around meditation, healthy living, or other goals; this is your episode. Changing your life isn't always about having huge breakthroughs. It might just be that the lasting changes you have been looking for start with creating small manageable, trackable, and rewardable habits.

In this podcast I speak with my friend Veronika Rose about our shared experiences at our last retreat that we hosted together in Florida, USA. We dive into the topics of setting intentional spaces, daily rituals and ceremonies that assist healing those affected with PTSD. We discuss how these techniques help heal trauma in military veterans, and how psychedelic plant medicines in ceremony can help vet create a new narrative.

Veronkia Rose:
Veronika Rose is a visionary artist and Marine Corps Veteran from Orlando, Fl. She deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi freedom as a public affairs and broadcast/print combat journalist with the First Marine Division in Kuwait and Iraq. Upon returning home to the States she was diagnosed with PTSD and thus began her path of self-discovery and deep healing. She began seeking alternative therapies to what the Veteran Administration Hospital provided. Soon after discharge in 2005, she began painting as an active meditation, therapy and spiritual practice.
