Make friends with change. In the dance of Lila we are confronted with the idea that we need to perfect our physical existence and yet work on another landscape of our conscious and our connection to the nonphysical divine.
Thich Naht Hahn tells us that "“Thanks to impermanence, everything is possible.” And yet many of use are attached to our physical existence which is also impermanent, Thus causing suffering within us.
In this episode of Life As An Observer I explore the idea of making friendships with a changing landscape and narrative of our human lives. Furthermore, in this dance moving away from fear and anxiety and embracing not clinging to the expectations of what "might" happen.
