  • Ep. 78: Does the American Dream Exist?

This week, the guys talk about the future. They get into things early by trying to figure out how much planning each of them does and what kind of a planner they are. At some point it turns into a discussion about how to look at elephants, but we promise it makes sense. Going down the planning rabbit hole, Josh and Evan talk about the stereotypical American Dream and how life is "supposed" to go. Is settling down, buying a house starting, a nuclear family, and retiring in Florida the way to do it? Is the world too different for that to work? Do we want it to work? They might not have the answers, but they sure will talk about it. As always there's a Fact of the Week in there and a way to "stick it to the man" at the end.

  • Ep. 77: It’s Time to Listen and Learn

This week, the guys talk about some really important things going on in the United States. In the wake up the murder of George Floyd, Josh and Evan had to talk about social injustice and wanted to give their thoughts on the issues at hand. Some of it is messy, the guys don't know all the answers or have all the facts, but they care about what is going on and care about other people. Hopefully there's a chuckle to be had somewhere in the recap, and there's still a Fact of the Week and a "stick it to the man" topic. Most importantly though, the guys urge everyone to stay safe and care about one another.

  • Ep. 76: Do We Know the Pledge of Allegiance?

This week, Evan reverts to his childhood self. Whether it's playing with Lego/Legos, fighting in Nerf wars, or decorating a future home with tigers and sports memorabilia, there's a lot to unpack. If you're lucky, you might even get to pick a unique room to stay in if Evan ever opens a hotel (just go listen to find out)! Josh and Evan also both find out whether they actually remember the Pledge of Allegiance, and the results are pretty interesting. On top of all that, the guys discuss if it'd be cool to have a dedicated person listening to each of us in the government, and more on top of that! There are numerous Fact of the Week tidbits to keep an ear out for, and a new way to "stick it to the man" that Evan found.

  • Ep. 75: Evan is the Tiger King

This week, the Josh and Evan talk about a whole host of topics. They talk about their weekend adventures of taste testing cake and building 2,000-piece puzzles, their thoughts on artists' decisions to become exclusive to a platform, and more! Do the guys think people like Joe Rogan, Taylor Swift, and Ninja are smart to commit to exclusive deals with specific platforms? Find out the answer to this and much more! Also, this week features the biggest collection of "stick it to the man" suggestions yet, and a TON of Fact of the Week tidbits!

  • Ep. 74: Open For Business?

This week, the guys talk about doing what you love. They try to make sense of what it's like to follow your passions while also trying to maintain some sense of security and normal in a wild life, and how sometimes you can jump around trying to figure out what you like to do. Josh likes doing a lot of things and can change his mind, but Evan thinks that just makes him a man of many talents. The guys also talk a bit about whether it's a good idea for things to be opening up during the pandemic, and how their lives are being impacted. As always there's a couple good Fact of the Week  tidbits in there, and this week there's some really interesting "stick it to the man" content too,

  • Ep. 73: Too Much Joe Rogan, Not Enough T-Rex

This week, the guys get existential. Josh starts out with some very Joe Rogan-esque thoughts that get a little out there. If you like that kind of stuff, you're in luck! If you don't, rest assured that things get a little more normal (but only a little). Josh and Evan talk about video games, the future of virtual reality, and what the world could look like in the future. They also talk a bit about how the reopening of places during a pandemic works, and there are still a lot of problems. Things get really fun when Evan proposes an interesting alternative to Covid-19 from prehistoric times. Listen for a Fact of the Week, some "sticking it to the man" content, and plenty of laughs!

  • Ep. 72: I Like My Brain

This week, Josh and Evan get a little deep while trying not to overthink overthinking. The episode starts off just fine with talk of trivia nights, iPhone cases, Batman analogies, and other good talk. After a while though, it becomes an all-out analysis of how to better yourself, how adversity comes into play, and how to get along with your own brain. It gets stressful, it's still a good time with some good laughs mixed in, and maybe there's some helpful ideas hidden in there too. Be warned though, the guys are definitely not experts. There's also a Fact of the Week or two, and some more 'stick it to the man' content!

  • Ep. 71: 5 Dudes Laugh at Josh’s Half Girth

This week, the guys share a laugh about Josh's body measurements. They're all for body positivity on the podcast, but there's definitely some funny stories involving a bunch of guys cracking jokes at the expense of Josh's half girth. Don't worry, it's not that bad! Josh and Evan also argue about what they should be drinking and whether pop will kill you. They talk about sports, Evan spouts plenty of facts (with some being Fact of the Week material!), and they have a good time talking about whatever comes to mind. Stay tuned to hear a unique twist on the "stick it to the man" segment, and don't go out protesting a dang pandemic! Stay safe and healthy, and thanks for listening.

  • Ep. 70: The Dollar General Conspiracy

This week, the guys may have uncovered something that they shouldn't have. Is something going down in Fort Wayne? Are Dollar General stores just resupplying at the same time? Who knows. Fortunately, Josh and Evan talk about other things too! The guys talk about how their lives have gone virtual, discuss some Hoosier-isms, and try to determine what a 'Hoosier' is. Stay tuned for another installment of the 'Stick it to the Man' segment, and there's a Fact of the Week or two in there as usual. Share your dialect maps and other stuff the guys mention with us on social media!

  • Ep. 69: An Overthinker’s Worst Nightmare

This week, the guys don't have the answers. In an episode that should be nothing but nice, Josh and Evan aren't sure what's  good and bad when it comes to staying isolated. Evan is definitely having a bit of a hard time deciding what he should do during this time of social/physical distancing, and he's had nothing but time to overthink things. Fortunately there's plenty of laughs mixed into the stress of the unknown during this episode to keep the guys sane(ish). Thankfully Evan has had time to do a couple things out of the house, and his adventures have led to the creation of a new segment called "stick it to the man!" Stay tuned till the end for an interesting Fact of the Week, and stay safe!
