This week, Josh exposes himself to Evan. Don't worry, it's not as bad as it sounds! All that happened is they played dress up and measured each other's bodies... Wait, that doesn't sound the best either... Basically, Josh and Lauren made a trip down to visit Evan and get the guys fitted for their suits for the wedding. They talk about how that experience went during a stay at home order (don't worry, they kept safe and kept others safe). The guys also talk about big cats, sports, and all sorts of other things. As always there's a Fact of the Week or two in there. Go check out some fun stuff on our social media!
This week, Josh and Evan talk about a whole bunch of things. They touch on how they're hanging in and how life is changing during this rough patch, some good things that have come from all that's going on, and plenty more. Whether it's discussing the intricacies of online meetings, giving advice about communicating with artists, talking about pet lions, or whatever else, there's a lot of good stuff and lots of laughs! As always there's a Fact of the Week or two in here, and stay tuned for Evan's big reveal after last episode's teaser. Go check it out on social media and interact with us!
This week, the guys talk about how wrong they were in last week's episode. Everything has been so crazy and unpredictable with the Coronavirus situation that Josh and Evan aren't sure what's going to happen. They talk about the NBA suspending its season, the NCAA cancelling sports, IU shutting down in-person activities, and other things going on around the world. Will Josh have to work from home? Will Evan be alone in Bloomington? Does anyone actually know what's going on? All we know is that the answer to that last one is probably 'no.' There should be a Fact of the Week in here too, and hope we can be a tiny bright spot in a crazy time! Stay safe!
This week, the guys should've waited a day or two to record. When they recorded on Monday there was talk of things being done in reaction to the Coronavirus, but now everything has gotten even crazier. In this episode the guys talk about whether they could survive if they had to be locked in their rooms for two weeks. Will Josh and Evan have enough toilet paper? Would they have enough food? Would they die from boredom? Listen to find out their thoughts! As always there's a Fact of the Week in there, and it's a pretty funny one.
This week, the guys talk a lot about food. They give the results of the Impossible Meat polls that went up on social media, and at some point they get to talking about their favorite restaurants. Does Evan have any taste? Is Josh a foodie? Find out the answer to these things and more! Josh and Evan also talk about a movie, Josh gets publicly shamed, and Evan tells a story about stealing his mom's birthday reward. There's also a very juicy Fact of the Week at the end, so stay tuned! Go vote in our poll if you haven't too!
This week, the guys talk about what it's like to be a comedian. Obviously, they know how what that's like (cuz they're funny, right?). They also talk about how some days are better than others and how you've got to go through some duds to get to the really good ones. Evan also tells one of his all-time funniest stories at the end, and all Josh can do is sit back and laugh. There's a Fact of the Week in there somewhere, and overall there's a super good podcast here too! Let us know if you agree and what you thought of anything we discussed.
This week, the guys talk about a lot of stuff. Evan talks about movies he's seen and crazy expensive Valentine's Day dinners, and Josh talks about taxes. Somehow they wind up talking about going vegan at some point, and they really dig into the conversation about the newly popular imitation meat on the market. Do the guys know anything about being vegan? Do they think they could do it, or do they have a plan to try something new? Do YOU think the guys should try Impossible burgers, and would YOU try them? Let us know your answers on social media!
This week, Josh and Evan talk politics and current events. In today's society, there's no way that could get controversial, right? The guys get occasionally heated during discussions about elections, world events like the coronavirus, and even some basic stuff. However, the overall discussion is a good one and the guys share plenty of laughs along the way. As always, keep an ear out for a Fact of the Week or two, and be sure to let us know your thoughts about anything on social media!
This week, Josh and Evan talk about making that cold, hard cash! They take another look at how side hustles can help pad your wallet and talk about what side hustles they've tried since talking about it in episode #2. The guys have each had some experience with some new things, but they'll also tell you how not everything is a sure thing for each of them. Josh tells a funny story about a failed side hustle, the guys discuss how things you're passionate about can be side hustles, and there's a Fact of the Week in there too. Let us know what side hustles you do by connecting with us on social media!
This week, Josh and Evan talk about the tragic passing of Kobe Bryant. On Jan. 26, Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, and 7 others passed away in a helicopter accident. This accident deeply impacted Evan as Kobe was/is his favorite athlete and the reason for Evan being the NBA and sport fan he is today. The guys discuss the magnitude of an event like this, how to deal with such an unprecedented situation, and their feelings on the whole thing. There are some Fact of the Week tidbits mixed in. We recognize that this episode may not resonate with everyone, but we felt it was necessary to talk about it and remind ourselves that life is fragile and meaningful. Kobe Bryant was 41 years old and is survived by his wife and three daughters. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Bryants, the families of the other passengers, and anyone affected by this tragedy.
