We're joined by the incredible actress and content creator Alea O'Shea to talk embracing adversity, learning to laugh at what life throws at you and how to lean on your loved ones when you need it most. Around the time of her 25th birthday, Alea was diagnosed with brain cancer. Since then, she has been generously sharing her story online while offering tips on how to advocate for yourself and embrace radical acceptance.
