It's time for a break! I've decided to be intentional about taking time away over the summer from my Life Out Loud business activities, including the podcast. I'm pausing on purpose, to rediscover other areas of creative work that bring me joy and meaning — and I'm using this time to rest, refocus and recharge, so that I can finish out this season strong! While I'm away, why not get caught up on other episodes you may have missed in the past. And I'll see you back here, for another episode on the Life Out Loud Podcast on Monday, September 20th. Have a great summer!
Let Me Overthink About It Podcast host, Sam Madore, joins in me studio to talk address mental health experiences such as burnout, guilt and the importance of balance and taking breaks.
