After working for some of the world's largest brands and events, Ted returns to a farm in rural Georgia to redefine how he wants to spend his time.
Soon after Ted’s father died, he had what he called a "life revolution.” He quit his job in LA, sold his house, got re-married, and moved back to rural GA, all within a (pandemic) year. In our conversation, we talked about how performative experiences defined the early parts of his life until a series of back-to-back events occurred that created a new shift in his life. Finally, we discussed Ted’s path to finding his authenticity and happiness.

Christin moved her life to be closer to her family, and then everything started to crumble around her. Join me as I talk to Christin Lindley, mother, wife, and company owner, about how a two-year period in her life changed everything. Christin shares how she and her family faced grief head-on, which ultimately led them to be more honest with themselves. They started taking their mental health seriously, and they are on a MUCH better path today. We talk about our experiences with therapy and the need for radical acceptance.
Christin is a daughter, wife, mom, business owner - and trying to figure out what all those things mean. She wants people to know that therapy is for everyone.
