Stalls are going to happen after bariatric surgery. It is just part of the journey. I have found by doing these 5 things, I am a lot more open-minded and get back on track quicker. Take the time to do these things and you will be back on track in no time.

Dining out after bariatric surgery is intimidating, or at least it is for many folks. But, it's manageable. Liz faces this issue a lot in her life due to her business schedule, but she's found some tips that work for her!

The most important thing after Bariatric surgery is to follow the plan. Falling into old habits happens from time to time, but as long as there is a plan, you'll be able to get back on track. Liz never ate breakfast before surgery and, during this past week, she fell back into that lifestyle. But that's okay, she has a plan to get back on track!

It is well known that hunger is a common complaint after weight loss surgery. But is it physical hunger or mind hunger? Liz gives you her opinions.
