Climate change is no longer that fuzzy concept that we can’t see. In the recent past there have been devastating fires in California, record floods in Europe and Africa, and even heatwaves and extreme drought here in India.
Whether we choose to accept it or not – it’s here. While these changes are concerning for a huge number of reasons a big concern is how it affects the ability to grow food – which in turn affects climate change.
If you’re sitting back and wondering what can one person do to tackle this monumental task – here’s a reminder that you have the power to create change.
Today, we have Dr.Christopher Golden with us - who is a professor of nutrition and planetary health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where he investigates the nexus of trends in global environmental change and human health.
