The definition of a "horror movie" seems to change generation to generation.  Today it's all slow burn psychological thrillers or scary kidnappers.  20 years ago it was just people being tortured for two hours.  Before that, in what many people consider the peak of horror movies, there was Linnea Quigley, whose claim to fame was comedy-horror B movies.  She's partly responsible for the bygone days when scary was fun, and for that we thank her.
