White Castle Turkey Stuffing
Ingredients
10-12 White Castle® Sliders, no pickles
1 1/2 cups Celery, diced
1 1/4 teaspoons Thyme, ground
1 1/2 teaspoons Sage, ground
3/4 teaspoon Black pepper, coarsely ground
1 or 1/4 cup Chicken broth (See Directions)
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, tear the Sliders into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings. Add 1 cup chicken broth, toss well. Add ingredients to Casserole Dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Or to stuff the ingredients into the cavity of the turkey, prepare ingredients as noted above, but reduce chicken broth to 1/4 Cup, then cook as you normally would. Makes about 9 cups (enough for a 10-to-12-pound turkey). Note: Allow 1 Slider for each pound of turkey, which will be equal to 3/4 cup of stuffing per pound.

Brewer Notes: Grab a hoppy trackside Handup IPA and keep cranking across citrusy fields of floral hop flavor and tropical aromas to a crisp, dry finish. Our new mainline IPA is here! HandUp IPA an American-style IPA with aroma and flavor driven by the citrus, tropical, and grassy hop notes with a light malt character with a crisp dry finish. With our NW roots, cyclocross has been a big part of our culture for many years. We chose to name this beer “HandUp” because of our PNW roots and cyclocross affiliation. The beer label pays homage to Deschutes Brewery co-owner Colby, our cyclocross team captain who left this earth too soon in 2018.

School Lunchroom Pizza
Description
On Saturday night we hosted a 1980’s party, and this is one of the items we decided to provide for dinner. Russ said it was pretty spot-on.
Ingredients (Crust)
2? flour
¾ cup powdered milk
2 Tbsp sugar
1 packet of quick rise yeast
1 tsp salt
1? cup warm water (105-110 degrees)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Ingredients (Filling)
½ pound ground chuck and/or ground Italian Sausage
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 8oz block mozzarella cheese – grated yourself (To be authentic school pizza, you will have to use imitation mozzarella shreds.)
Ingredients (Sauce)
6oz can tomato paste
1 cup water
? olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ tbsp dried oregano
½ tbsp dried basil
½ tsp dried rosemary crushed
Directions (Crust)
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Spray a half sheet pan with non-stick pan spray and lay Parchment paper down. Cooking spray makes the parchment stick. In a large bowl mix flour, powdered milk, sugar, yeast, salt – whisk to blend. Add oil to hot water (110-115 degrees) – pour into your dry mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until batter forms – don’t worry about lumps – you just want no dry spots. Spread dough into pan using fingertips until it’s even. If dough doesn’t want to cooperate, let rest 5 minutes and try again. Bake just the crust for 8-10 minutes – remove from oven and set aside.
Directions (Filling)
Brown meat(s), seasoned with salt and pepper, until it resembles crumbles – set aside and drain meat. Get out the pizza sauce – to partially baked crust, assemble.
Directions (Sauce)
Spread all over crust (to the edges). Sprinkle meats on top of sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top of meat. Bake at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and begins to brown. Remove from oven – let stand 5 minutes. Cut into rectangles and serve!

Cheryl’s Recipe Corner!
Slow Cooker Peanut Chicken
Description
Recently we had friends over for a football watch party, and needing a meal that would be approved by everyone, that I didn’t have to fuss with (so I could hang out with everyone), I chose this. It was well liked by everyone (we had pasta and rice to take care of the likes of everyone attending). Because the zucchini at our grocery store didn’t look very good, and they were out of red peppers, we had broccoli and green peppers in ours. I believe Russ loved the dish as well.
Ingredients
3 cloves garlic minced
2 cups peanut butter (I mixed creamy and crunchy)
1 1/2 - 2 cups chicken broth
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cups sliced zucchini (optional)
3 cups chopped broccoli (optional)
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 red pepper cut into thin, long strips
2 tbsp lime juice
1 cup chopped cilantro divided
Chopped peanuts for garnish
12 ounce linguine noodles cooked and drained OR rice
Directions
Add garlic, peanut butter, broth, chicken, zucchini, soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper to slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. An hour before serving, add broccoli (if using). A half hour before you are going to serve, add in lime juice and 1/2 cup of cilantro. Serve over noodles or rice and garnish with remaining cilantro and peanuts.

Glenmorangie 12 Nectar D’Or Single Malt Scotch
Description
The Glenmorangie distillery was established in 1843, on the Dornoch Firth by brothers William and John Matheson. The site originally held a farm distillery under the name Morangie. There is evidence that distillation was carried out at this site during the early 18th century. Production began in November of 1849. During the latter part of the 19th century Glenmorangie began overseas exportation and destinations included Europe and the United States.
