Lisa Chang is the Global Chief People Officer for the Coca-Cola Company, overseeing the company's talent and people strategies, culture and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. In her role, which she has held since 2019, she is responsible for leading the company's global people strategy, aligned to the company's purpose of Refreshing the World and Making a Difference.
