Brad Stewart, Village Manager of Carpentersville, joins Lisa Dent to discuss the lower water levels in the Fox River following a dam removal. Water and sewer lines that were previously covered by water, became exposed due to the decrease in water levels. The Village of Carpentersville has covered the exposed lines in gravel, but may need $4 million to bury more pipes at deeper levels.
