In today's episode, Jennierose guides you through a series of 30 light-hearted journal prompts to call more fun and enjoyment into your life. If you enjoy journaling but find some journal prompts to be a little too deep or emotional at times, then you're going to love this episode.
How you choose to use these journal prompts will be up to you. Perhaps you want to commit to 30 days of journaling and come back here each day to take one of the journal prompts for your daily practice, or maybe you prefer to journal only when the mood strikes and you return to this episode whenever you feel called to answer one or a few of the journal prompts that feel right to you in the moment. Or it could even be fun to have a little journaling club with your friends or your family where each day you all answer the same prompt and then you have a conversation about it. Do what works best for you!
These journal prompts are structured in a way that are pretty simple and straightforward, but I encourage you to expand upon your answers when you journal. For example, consider how you did or will feel in the moment, or the smells, sights, and sounds that the prompt calls to mind. Really let these journal prompts unlock your memories or hopes or dreams, and expand upon them as much as feels fun and enjoyable to you.
Return to this episode or save these journal prompts for any time you need to inject a little more fun or enjoyment into your day:
