I hope you are not doing good! This episode is about all kinds of systems and how to cope with them failing us.

I feel like governments and other powerful institutions try really hard to convince us, they are not responsible for low wages, bad social service, high housing prices, etc. but the left / right parties are to blame, women / men are to blame, the foreigners are to blame, etc.

I try to talk about how to not let us get manipulated but rather unite and enable real sustainable changes to make life better for every being in our communities and on this planet.

If we all get active and work together, the power goes back to the people and not some rich ass guys telling us to work harder/more.

"Mein OCD könnte niemals" sind Aussagen, die man gerade in den Sozialen Netzen sehr viel zu hören bekommt. Was dort oft liebevoll als den einen oder anderen Ordnungsdrang als OCD bezeichnet wird hat mit der eigentlichen Diagnose wenig zu tun. Menschen mit Zwangsstörung leiden mitunter sehr unter ihren Zwangsgedanken- und Handlungen und sind zum Teil stark beeinträchtigt in ihrem Alltag.

In dieser Episode erfährst du:
