Earlier this month, I asked you on Facebook if you would be interested in me sharing what a coaching session with me is like. From the feedback that I got, I decided to do this one-time-only episode of live coaching. As you’ll hear, the person I’m coaching is someone that I work with already, so this is the perfect example of what actual coaching is and what my relationship with my clients is. We go back and forth on how life is developing in our daily life because that’s how we can make a change. We have to focus on everyday situations so we can switch how we react and how we perceive in real-time.
