00:30 - Introduction
09:30 - Rod Harrison has a great program on on mindset, and I really just zoned in on his and I learned so much about my own mindset and wanted to just transfer that over to my clients.
20:00 - Sharing book editing fun and challenges.
27:45 - It's a struggle with the ladies night, I think from a fitness perspective, it is just the stories that they've been telling themselves about their weight and women are just very self conscious.
31:30 - The women help each other. That's kind of what's going off of what you're talking about is, as they open up, they help each other through it. So maybe someone who's just going through a six foot and there's someone else going through a 20, the more shallow water might step in and help help the other one a little bit more. You know, just like when we were getting ready to cross the creek, we found quite a few paths across the creek.
39:45 - In my heart of hearts, I'm a coach. That's what I thrive off of. That's what I enjoy doing.
44:40 - It's also disheartening a little bit, you see people spreading negativity. 2020 is definitely go down as one of the craziest years in a long time. I think we all agree on that.
48:55 - I'm doing the online coaching. The health and fitness coaching, I do that online as well. We're actually getting ready in the next couple of weeks to start digging into the book together digitally. So we're gonna start walking through the book, kind of an online retreat
53:25 - Final Words Shown Below…
Our Final Words of the Show:
I think that we all are given a desire for something, we're all given a gift and a desire. And you know what that is deep in your own heart. So if you're listening to that, if you're getting pulled towards something, pay attention to that, and just know and pursue it and know that obstacles will come up. Like I said, it's not always sexy to say that it's not the greatest thing to say, you know, people don't want to hear that, but it's the reality. So creeks are gonna pop up. If you know that, then you know, when it does pop up, you can pause for a second kind of assess your situation, and make your plan to keep on moving forward. But let that that desire that you have, pay attention to it, let it pull you even if like we're talking about with writing the book, I mean, I took three week breaks at certain times, I just, I was writing like crazy. And then I stopped for three weeks because I hit a block. But as you get back up, you keep going or you just slowly move, you know, you take baby steps. But whatever that is like continue to move forward. Never, never, never, never turn back. Follow that desire. Because there I think we all have a gift and helping each other. It's we all have our own unique gift. And if we're all following that desire and pursuing that, that gift to use that gift, we're going to help other people just naturally. Everybody needs what you have somebody needs. Everybody has something that somebody else needs. That makes sense.

I began my exoskeleton pilot certification in 2007 at the age of 18. In 2010, I was introduced to the Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (IHMC) where a team of engineers and computer scientists had developed MINA, their first paraplegic mobility device or exoskeleton. Over the last decade, we have worked together to develop hardware capable of mimicking the human gate and necessary software to drive it. We are currently weeks away from testing our 4th iteration exoskeleton, QUIX, as a part of our participation in Toyota's Mobility Unlimited Challenge after we compete in the 2020 Cybathlon later this year. It has been an honor to witness the advances in technology and evolution of handicap sports. In response to witnessing these miraculous achievements, I have spent the past 13 years of my life pushing the limits of the wheelchair that certified me for this opportunity. What I thought would ruin my life has given me more than I ever could have earned on my own two feet.
Quote: How many stairs?Mark Daniel, Pilot
Designer, evaluator, and user representative, Mark was born and raised in Pensacola. As a young adult, he graduated high school early and pursued a career in ironwork. First going to trade school for diesel mechanics, then learning how to weld and fabricate. In 2007, at eighteen years old, Mark started his career and began planning his next steps. Working long hours in risky conditions was exciting at first, but after five months the work took its toll. He fell asleep driving home, flipping his SUV several times, and awoke in the ICU of a local hospital. After learning of his paralysis, he set out to regain his independence.
In 2010 Mark evaluated IHMC's first iteration exoskeleton, and again in 2013 for the second. In February 2016 he rejoined the team as a research intern to evaluate the third iteration and prepare for the Cybathlon. Mark placed second in the Cybathlon, winning the silver medal. Since the Cybathlon he has taken on the American Discovery Trail, which covers 4,834 miles from the Atlantic coast in Delaware to the Pacific in San Francisco.

00:30 - Introduction
11:45 - Accidents come along. From the outside looking in, even in my position at the moment, looking at the situation that I was in, it seems like a huge detriment for me. 18-years-old, just starting my adult life, then for the accident to happen, have to restart and figure it all out all over again. But you know, I'm 31 now, it'll be 13 years in October, and, and really, looking back at the situation, it couldn't have come at a better time. I say that at 18 years old, I figured out my life, I had a career plan, I was on that plan, and I was moving forward. But I mean, really looking at the experiences up till then I grew up riding dirt bikes, go-karts, four-wheelers, skateboards, bicycles, running through the woods, fishing, hunting, you know, the good, healthy, youthful adrenaline life.
20:00 - In 2010 and I met all of the engineers and everybody working on the project. There were so many different engineers, interns, and all that have worked on the project in and out, but we really just have an awesome team here. I've been graced to work with them all really, I mean, all the people that I work with here, there's Tyson in the glasses there on the right, Peter on the left, and that's Jeremy. All these people that I've known for so long and the opportunity to spend time with, and they have taught me so much. We've really just worked together so hard to come this far. I'm just really grateful for all these people, especially the team that we have now. They're working super hard.
30:45 - I turned 18-years-old, and I spent five months of my adult life learning, really getting into the rungs of adult life. I'm not putting myself up there like a martyr. But that was all taken away from me, and it's really taken me up to this point to where I feel comfortable. I'm happy enough with my own abilities that I can share more with other people. It took so long for me to really accept the fact that this is where I'm going to stay in my best role. Which is to help make sure that other people don't have to suffer from some of the ways that I did.
40:00 - Over the past 10 years here at ihmc, to get to the version that we're at now with the exoskeleton, and as grateful as I am for that. I'm looking still looking toward the future and there are so many things going on right now. We are coming out with QUIX, we'll be done with that, and I'll be walking hopefully within the next couple of weeks
46:15 - Final Words Shown Below…
Our Final Words of the Show:
There's so much that you can leave behind for people. But really, the biggest thing is, leave behind your worries about yourself and your own. You know what you think you're not capable of. Anytime you think you're not capable of something, remember that you're always capable of going out there and failing and trying. You'd rather do that than look back and realize that I could have done this, but I never tried.

05:15 - Life is beautiful. It's like, even in the midst of a pandemic, I'm like, we are in our version of the Great Depression in the early stages of our generations only experience with this, hopefully. It's a chance to remake ourselves and a chance to put yourself in awesome different places, to go and remake yourself. That's why we're here. I've been in the process of remaking myself for a couple of years and it's a fun, beautiful adventure.
10:00 - We wrote it in two months and another partner, a co-writer, I'm the lead author on it, but we created it together. It's got to go through editing and get the book cover design this month and we already have got a publisher signed off on it.
20:00 - I've sold off and got rid of about 10 real estate properties that I owned in the last three years.
30:00 - The principles are still true for business. How do you serve a customer? Well, you figure out what their needs are and what started happening three or four months ago may have moved the needs. It's like the fish were over in this hole, and now they're over here.
41:00 - I am doing podcasts a lot today and much more recently. I got asked, do you have more podcasts planned for this trip? Or is this bad timing? I'm going to launch my own pretty soon too. This time in Mexico is kind of a mix of a work-play trip. This is almost like a focus work trip. My wife is finishing up the book that we're writing together and then she's got another book she's writing too. Then I'm gonna write some other stuff and I got a big mastermind coming up. So we had our true vacation in Alaska, where we were not plugged in, we were in a little fishing cabin that didn't even have internet. No TV in that sucker.
46:30 - You're 100%. I think that your friend gave brilliant advice. There is a different energy level and mindset when you're not as outcome-focused. As you mature in business, as much as you are process and learning focused, things will shift. If you look at Elon Musk, now you have a certain level of confidence that you're going to figure it out. Elon Musk one day tweets on his way to work, so frustrated by how long it's taken him to drive, 13 miles from his house to Tesla and SpaceX. So he's like, I'm tired of this. I'm good. I'm free. I'm going to start another company. I'm gonna drill holes under California and build a network of tunnels.
51:30 - Final Words Shown Below…
Our Final Words of the Show:
Claim your power is a two-fold process. I take people through it, where we release the old identity that is holding us back and take hold of the new. You almost have to shed that old before you can grab the new. Alright, so we release and shed that old idea, take hold of the new, more powerful version of you. So for me, my old identity, my weaker part is I call them weak, Weak Willie. The more powerful part is Magic Mike. Okay. I have to express appreciation to Weak Willie, because sometimes these old parts of ourselves that sort of sabotage our progress, have good intentions. They're trying to protect us from pain from suffering like we were bullied, or we experienced this failure, or rejection from this woman or this man or whatever, right? This wound is there. But if they control and dictate our lives, they sabotage us versus when know we're meant to show up as this powerful, magnetic, radiant version of ourselves, that attracts love, abundance, and freedom.

00:30 - Introduction
10:00 - I tell them that in my marriage, I was a workaholic. I focused on work single-mindedly. When we are overly focused, and a lot of men do that, we just ignore all the other areas. Very quickly, all those areas, start to deteriorate, including our relationships, health, and our friendships. They all need our attention. That's the point because our life is exactly that, it is everything is intertwined. It's just like our body. It's a feedback system. When we smile, we feel good. So it's a feedback loop.
19:45 - You know, like the very first one I think I started with is people actually come into a relationship not to give, but to get.
25:45 - Just a quick reminder, I am very big on this tip that I mentioned before, which is being missed by many. The value of having to have enough space is very important. The other thing is actually making sure that you have those daily intimate moments. Hugging, kissing, holding hands, these are all important and I recommend to them on a daily basis.
30:00 - Another thing is being creative, really looking for ways to maybe scan your laptop and then go work outside for a few hours.
41:00 - For me, the important part of coaching is accepting the person as they are. I'm not there to change them, if a guy feels happy by being addicted to porn, that's not necessarily my job to change him and to try to improve him in a way that I see things. Going back to your original question about the system that I use. My general idea is that I pursue using that system by setting goals and going into specifics about each goal that is to help the person achieve what they want. So for example, let's say a guy is addicted to porn, and at the same time, he wants better results in his career. I might think that these are both areas that we need to work on. He might think that he only needs to work on the career thing and if he wants that, I will help him with the career thing. I won't even engage in porn addiction because, again, it's not my job to "fix" people.
51:00 - Fail Forward, there is, this is one good statement. The general idea is to be able to start with the very worst version of what you want. But as long as it works, if it works, it's fine. Like, start with a draft.
53:25 - Final Words Shown Below…
Our Final Words of the Show:
We talked about all those different life areas, life zones, and relationship is one of them. So for example, if you spent eight hours working every day, so we spent eight hours on your career, the area of your career, you can't put any hours into your relationship. I mean, maybe you need to put some hours into the relationship area as well. It requires work it requires being intentional, it requires conscious effort, just like your work does. This is very important to understand because people have this, as the Iranian belief that they already know how to make relationships work. As if by default, they know it, and they are often wrong. So they think that their relationship will be great. Even if they don't, it doesn't really need any work and I think that's the main issue with our relationships today. They do require quite a lot of effort and if we ignore them, they tend to deteriorate. So like, try to use the same approach as you use it with your work. You read books, like in your profession, your career, your business, or whatever, read a book about relationships, and don't just read it, but also apply it.

Our Final Words of the Show:
I think that what you're telling people is the right message. You are responsible for your own condition, that 98%, but 100%. So you see people from all levels of society, from all areas of the world, and some people decide that I can make my life because I decided to do it. Some people decide that I'm a victim, and everyone else is responsible for my condition. If you want to be happy, the second one doesn't work. You know, hard work and keeping your moral code in play, surrounding yourself with good people, and having a purpose for your life, whatever it is. But it ought to involve helping someone else or somebody else.
If you can live toward that end, you can enjoy the time that you have here and feel like for whatever purpose you were put here, that you did it. I think that the image I always have for myself, is I've been informed that at 120 years old, I have one hour to go and I am able to look back and reflect on my life. Did I do what I did and did I accomplish what I set out to do? Also, were other people glad that I was here and I did it. If you can answer those questions, there is a piece for yourself, no matter what's coming, you're going to be okay. If you're at that and you can assess that right now, then you create your own tomorrow so that you can decide. You can decide if I could be a little bit better here, I could have done that, or I've always wanted to do that.
Tomorrow, you can decide to do that. Write it down in your goal book and look at it every morning and figure out if I want to end up here and if I'm here now. What are the steps to get there, maybe I need more education, maybe I need more influence in this area, maybe I need to meet new people. Whatever it is, you have the power to do it. You just have to decide and if you've been in a marathon or an Ironman or you've been running work in an 80-hour week, you've got what it takes to move your butt from where it is to where you want to go. So you might as well do it. Because you know, you're here and that's what life's about. You just make it into what you want.

00:30 - Introduction
11:00 - You've got it and it brings us to connection. That's the connection of fire with the earth. It is regenerative, it is restorative and Mother Nature is built in. She's an amazing engineer. Like she's gonna kick our butts every single time if we think we can best Mother Nature. We are whistling dixie because we are unconnected with the truth of the fact that this earth and it is way more powerful than us. So it's being connected with what is. Here's a story I would illustrate it with from years ago. I attended a sheriff's academy in Ames, Iowa. I applied and I took it and it was fascinating Scott because what do you think I knew about being a sheriff? Most American's don't know what the role of Sheriff is.
19:30 - Marketing is communication. Marketing is connecting. It's finding out who are your people, where are they at? How do they want to be communicated with, what is their rhythm? What's their style? What's their desire? What do they think they want? What do they know they need? That's the engagement of connection and when it hits, Whoa baby, it's magic! Yeah, like a full blast, let's go. But when it's not connected, when you are struggling, when you're forcing jokes, when you haven't honed your craft, I also delineate very much between public speaking and professional speaking. There's a huge difference.
30:00 - Right now week to week, things are changing, it actually feels like day-to-day. You can have this great client who has been abused, who already has 15 flaming plates spinning in the air. They're already thinking, damn, I just need another damn thing. So how does she react, how do we help her? People like you and people like me, how do we coach? How do we lead? How do we teach so people can effectively lead their own lives in perpetual adaptation? Look, the world hasn't stopped. Oh, clearly, it has changed in a very remarkable and very, very condensed manner. This could have stretched out over 10 years, this could have stretched out over a millennium. But Mother Nature said alright, you're not paying attention. I'm going to really give you a wake-up call. So being connected with yourself first, always your why, it's the number one thing I teach. You got to know your why and your purpose!
40:00 - I'll send you a list of 12 people or I'll do a bunch of connections because now I know you and I are here because of somebody else, right? Let's talk about what connectivity is here for a couple of minutes. Because we do need to delineate the N-word aka Networking and no judgment. Use what you want, simply know that there is a fundamental difference. The word network is a noun, it's something you built. Think of it that way. If you can envision a net, I don't care how you envision it, I just don't use it anymore. Because it's a noun, it's static. When you connect, you're actually in action. You're in motion. You're looking for something deep and it can happen pretty quickly, depending on how you approach it. That's what I teach. I teach people why and how to connect on purpose with a service mindset. That's the book, I literally wrote the book, The Connectivity Canon.
58:25 - That's where muscle builds, we know this for a fact we know when we work out and it's when we are sore afterward. That's because we're rebuilding, that's your neural plasticity, same thing. We can literally change our brains. If we put the effort into it, it will be a huge chunk. Of course, it is your frickin change in your brain. The brain is ready. She's gonna know how that's really being connected to the purpose of whatever it is you want to accomplish.
01:05:00 - Final Words Shown Below…
Our Final Words of the Show:
You know that feeling Scott, when there's a door and you're going to walk through it, your intention is to walk through that door and there are people on the other side of that door, you're telling yourself that you should, you want to and you can. You have to be on the other side of that door with those people. When you grab that handle or you push that bar and you enter that room, when you can do that with confidence and belief in yourself, when you know why you have chosen to be there, whether it is physical or virtual. You are a connector you have chosen very intentionally with what I call I.G.S.T." Intention, Goal, Strategy, and Tactics. You have chosen to engage in a way that feeds your why, that helps you serve yourself and serve others better. That is why connecting is so important to me. I can tell you stories, but I know what it's like to feel disconnected. I know what it feels like to be unconnected, and I know what it feels like to be connected. That's my legacy to help people learn why and then how because once we know that, everything's possible,

00:30 - Introduction
10:00 - World War Bunkers. This is a place that still exists and they still find human bones from 102 years ago. It's so surreal that you still have remnants from so long ago because the magnitude of mass destruction is beyond human comprehension when you have millions and millions of people that die in this kind of narrow, 450-mile line called the Western Front. So seven miles north of there, and I didn't, or did I know it at the time, I didn't know a whole lot about what I'm going to share with you now. So seven and a half miles north. This is a very important place out in the middle of nowhere in a farm field, which is sacred ground for America. This is one of the two parts of the Smithsonian show that I'm now part of, at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. So I'm honored to participate in a second Smithsonian show, and it will be up through September 6, 2020, if anyone's in DC. It's the big new Smithsonian Museum near the White House and they took out Oprah's exhibit and put this exhibit in, its' place.
19:30 - I don't know if I'll ever find any more. But it shows us how these heroes felt about themselves and there was a reverence between the white officers and the African American soldiers. It's the opposite of what you would think from a racist South Carolina deep south. Even after the war for 10 years or more, they had reunions and you see letters back and forth and you see respect and love and a passion for this moment in time where they expressed what it was to be an American.
28:00 - So now here's the really interesting part that puts it all together. Why? In fact, when we were talking before the show, you mentioned history repeats itself and people often say this. I say, well, yes and no, because this is not history repeating itself. It's new, in the last 125 years, it sounds like it's an underlying principle that, I guess, has been able to keep going. It's a technology story. We all can relate to how our lives and society have changed so drastically, because of the exponential increase of scale of communication with Google smartphones, and social media.
31:00 - What is America? It's a place where we all can agree and disagree with each other. It's basically being different without killing each other. It's not about loving with each other or even liking each other. It's about defending the right of someone you cannot stand to be who they are, even with your life. That's what America is, in my view. That's what brings out all the altruism and the decency, because when that happens, society-wide, you enable the greatest human potential, and the ability to be free and to be who you are, and express yourself. You have that right, as an American, it's imperfect. It was always imperfect, it will always be imperfect.
40:00 - If this is not paranoia, this is just human nature and checks and balances and what America is with transparency. So if you knew 102 years ago, there was a Supreme Court ruling written by Judge Oliver Wendell Holmes on free speech, and it was about shouting fire in a theater to create panic, was that allowed or not, and it wasn't right, it was outlawed. So what you have now is a media that no one could have imagined that has become so powerful and so manipulative and so capable of creating myths that are totally untrue. They're completely shameless about it, because there are no consequences for being shameless. So you cannot believe anything you hear today about COVID or very little you can hear. A perfect example was, and I don't want to take too much time going on about this, but talking about hydroxychloroquine.
44:00 - So there is something called absolute humidity. It's not the relative humidity, which is what is reported on the weather service and measured at home. It's the actual amount of water in the air and you can listen to a Scientific American 60-Second Podcast, it'll tell you from 2009 that we've been looking at the wrong thing all along. This knowledge is not new. Birx and Fauci should have known this as biologists. So the absolute humidity is directly correlated to indoor viral danger and if it's a certain number outside, you can predict what the air will be inside. So what happens is that in every single hotspot, the air was dangerously dry indoors and in that condition, COVID spreads like wildfire.
50:00 - On the way up there, I have a special device to measure absolute humidity, this is a metric that's key to viral safety indoors. I measured it in Terminal C at DFW terminal. DFW is one of the world's largest airports, it's a city under roof. The humidity in DFW's Terminal C was better than the Cincinnati jail. It's probably one of the safest places in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and no one knows it. Then I land in Cincinnati and measured the indoor air at the CVG Airport. It's what Wuhan was at the worst in December when the viral bomb went off. This is A Tale of Two Cities if DFW Airport can make indoor air greener than any other place in the world. If they can make indoor air green, then I would venture a guess that it's as easy as flipping a switch in many cases or resetting the dial so to speak.
59:00 - Final Words Shown Below…
Our Final Words of the Show:
Buy a $10 hygrometer on Amazon or Walmart, you can see a real-time readout of your indoor humidity. If you buy a cheap humidifier, I have a couple of my own, you can get them cheap on Amazon too. I put the hygrometer 10 or 15 feet away from the humidifier, you're getting a real-time reading of the actual diluted air, you know what the humidity is out from the humidifier right? Do this 24-7 because at night is the time of greatest risk when your air in your lungs dries out. So I hope this has been helpful.
One last thing, it's about the airline industry, I'm issuing a call to action to the airline industry. So we will never get green air in aircraft cabins. Sure, but guess what, you don't need it. All of these draconian measures from the CDC about six-foot social distancing are not based on real science, they're just creating fear-mongering. They're creating this as a new normal of fear, which is not a new normal at all. So, what I'm saying is that one size does NOT fit all when it comes to COVID. Risks outdoors are different than indoor air. It turns out that pressurized air in an aircraft is much different than air in a nursing home because the air is constantly moving.
So I've asked many aviation and aircraft experts, editors, and chief of big publications, I was with the Vice President of Safety of one of the largest airlines in the world last Thursday too. Everyone answers the same answer to this question, do you know of a single case where a person gets on an airliner with COVID, like back in February coming out of China or Europe and infects a cluster of people on the airline? Have you heard of any cases, Scott? I haven't been either. I think there's a reason for it and I think that it turns out that aircraft cabins right now, for reasons we probably don't completely understand, are probably the safest one of the safest places to be against COVID because the air is constantly moving. It's designed to actually have a separation between one person sitting right next to another. They have HEPA filters that do a better job than N-100 masks at filtering out viral particles from the air with high turnover. So think about that, I hope that helps.

00:30 - Introduction
09:15 - I think a lot of us also make decisions when we're five and six years old. Something happens when we're a kid and all of a sudden, we're like, oh, this is a decision I'm going to make for life without really all the facts. This five-year-old probably shouldn't be making life decisions. But a lot of us, as we get older are still operating from the five or six-year-old thinking that was the truth instead of just a story we created.
18:55 - I was fortunate. My brother in law when I was younger, said, look, investing is great. But any money you put in there, it's gambling. So only put in the amount of money that you're willing to lose and call it a day.
21:00 - A great book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, talks really great stuff. Very good guy, a great book, all of that stuff. But at least if you're gambling, it's something that you are willing to take the risk and it's something you enjoy feels a lot better than just something like oh, I hope it works out.
32:45 - I like talking about those simple things. This is something that happened to me a year ago. I mean, I'm sort of outing myself, but I was at a conference, and a workshop about social justice, equality, and privilege. I'm fortunate enough that I have a housekeeper because that's one of the things that I like having is clean sheets and all that stuff. So I'm sitting at the workshop and I noticed that my socks are mismatched. Okay, now, I always think people that have mismatched socks are really cool, but I don't do that on purpose. So right, a lot of people do it, but I'm not gonna count and so I'm not gonna take that risk and so living on the edge. Now, mind you, one sock was dark gray, and the other one was mildly dark. So nobody but me knew that my socks were mismatched and for about four seconds I was outraged that my housekeeper would mismatch my socks until I realized what an asshole I was being.
40:00 - It's so interesting that you asked about the keyword of Nerve in my branding because one of the things that I find when I do workshops, live workshops with people is everybody wants to be rich. Me, me, me, me, I want to be rich. Cool, 10-minutes later, I ask what do you think about rich people? Rich people suck, they're assholes, they're jerks. Yeah, people, like them have no heart weight, and you want to be them. So already, we're not in alignment, because we're wanting to be the thing we hate, or that we have a judgment about, instead of actually, oh, some people that are rich, worked really hard. They put blood, sweat, and tears into it, and they didn't just get it. I think when people make a quick judgment to say you're rich, they miss you as the individual and they lump you in a group, which is what's going on right now in a lot of different levels of saying, oh, this is who you are without actually seeing the person.
51:00 - We get into this comfort. I mean, I remember when I used to drive a pickup truck, I'm from Tennessee originally. So I was so happy to have my pickup truck and they were like, you can't drive a pickup truck, you're a CPA in LA. It's embarrassing in LA. So I finally got a nice car, and everybody treated me differently, which was annoying, but I got used to it. So then I had to have a new car every year because that was the image. You know, the car companies would be like, hey, we're gonna give you a new car, you don't have to do anything. Well, okay, that's sort of nice. I've sort of gotten used to it. But I really liked it when I didn't pay for a car and having to trade it in. So I'm actually leasing this car, when the lease finishes, I'm actually buying it and I'm just keeping it.
55:45 - Final Words Shown Below…
Our Final Words of the Show:
Well, I think two things come to mind. Staying within our integrity, that's huge for me. My favorite quote from Gandhi is "Be the change you want to see in the world". That, for me, is don't talk about it, don't try to present it, just go out and model the life that you want to live. Other people will follow because they're going to say, they're doing something right. I want to know what they're doing. Well, and I love that you re-emphasized the importance of integrity. It's real, it is what you do when nobody's looking, and again, in the long run, you know, what is the legacy that we're leaving behind on this planet? I mean, I don't think a lot of people think about that, they're too focused on the now and not thinking about what could I be doing years from now by creating financial freedom by removing that debt and having more resources, that's my goal. So I need to get this game dialed in, so I can give more.
I will say this I have a belief that everybody deep down wants to make an impact, wants to make a difference, and wants to know that they matter. That when they leave this earth, people miss them, that as a person, they left a positive footprint.

00:30 - Introduction
09:55 - A lot of times, for men, there aren't raised to be in their emotional body. They really can't feel a lot of pleasure. They have a specific way that they self-pleasure and that's their one well-worn path. A lot of times when they get into the bedroom, they're in their head strategizing about giving her a great experience. They're overthinking.
14:00 - Some people want to go back and rehash what happened and process it. Other people are better at saying, let's just have a do-over and start again and let that go. One of the things that I do notice is that there is a pretty big number of people, I'm thinking 15 to 20% of people, who have been betrayed or have had their heart hurt. It is very hard for them to open their heart again. I don't hear as commonly of people who have never opened their hearts, except for men who come to me and say, women, reject me. They don't like me. I am just terrible with women. They come in with a chip on their shoulder that they're not likable.
19:20 - I started looking at the Venn diagram, the three circles that intersect of libido, desire, and arousal. So what you're really talking about is body, mind, and spirit. You're really talking about both your physicality as well as your emotional body as well as the knowledge that you bring. Then once you get really good, once you're like, okay, I understand how my genitals work, I understand the ways I can orgasm. I began to become more multi-orgasmic. I've had different kinds of orgasms. My partner and I now have the ability to feel really comfortable talking to each other. We're comfortable asking for what we need is changing. Just as we change and evolve, we acknowledge that every day is a new day and we're constantly maturing.
30:30 - The minute you start to see any diminishment of size, or a reptile rigidity, a vacuum erection device, the one I like is called the Whopper. I've written a book called the pumping guide. I know it's a funny name because it does make your penis bigger as well, which is nice. A lot of guys want to have a little bit more girth and length. I have written a book called the pumping guide, which explains how pumps work, what to do, how to pump for maximum gain.
40:15 - So prostate massage is super healthy and we've lost track of it over the last 100 years or so. But, in the old days, prostate massage was very, very common. So those are important parts for men being able to feel along with perhaps nipple stimulation, kissing, you know, tickling the chest, thighs, buttocks, belly, these are all spots that can be really sensitive and pleasurable for men, not just for women. You know, nobody thinks twice about playing with a woman's nipples.
50:00 - Radishes are good, kohlrabi is a good deal and cabbage. The brassicas not so much. Homemade yogurt made in the right way is another great source for healthy gut bacteria and healthy gu biome for improved wellness.
01:02:00 - Final Words Shown Below…
Our Final Words of the Show:
What the magic pill method does is it teaches you how to solve your problem yourself, that there is an answer to your problem. It might be a workaround, it might be a solution, it might be a compromise. But there is a way to remove the roadblock, to go from wherever you are to what you believe that you want. What you want is only the beginning of what you could possibly have if you just keep going. So the magic pill method is actually a four-step process for solving your own problem yourself with your sex life.

After working to support his family as a struggling artist, Derek Stone chose to reevaluate his life and his way of thinking, and in three short years grew a small one-man show into a million-dollar company. This amazing transformation came about through a decision to forgive his father. Derek left
the path of blame and began traveling down a path of forgiveness which led him to start living his best life. He is now on a mission to help empower others to make the same transformation by helping them take charge of their own lives.
Quote: When you avoid conflict to keep the peace you start a war within. ~ Cheryl RichardsonFor years Derek Stone had dreams of becoming a musician. This road didn’t lead him to success, however, it led him to Nashville, TN. Struggling to live as a starving artist with a family to feed, it was then he thought “there’s got to be a better way.” He went through an early life crisis, changing careers with the help of mentors and watching YouTube. He took his God-given talent of Creativity and transferred it from being something you hear to something that you can see. As it turned out, the construction industry was his road to success, the “better way” he had longed for. In three short years, he grew a small one-man show into a company with $1.2 million in gross revenue.
He credits his success to one decision as a senior in high school. He started looking back at his life to figure out what made him so different from his three siblings. The difference. . . he chose to forgive his dad and to take a different path than his parents. He blamed his dad for every bad thing he went through as a child: from being sexually abused and going hungry, to taking cold showers because the power got cut off. He was a bitter teenager and wanted a better life, so when the opportunity presented itself, he took it and chose forgiveness.
36 years since the beginning of his story and he is currently living his best life. He enjoys hunting, fishing, knife making, and hanging out with his family. He loves empowering people to re-tool and change their lives. He loves God, loves his family, and loves people.

00:30 - Introduction
10:45 - I would say the anger, which is derived from the bitterness, and once the anger matures, it becomes in bitterness, and then once those two mature, they become resentment.
20:45 - So we were at this conference and this dude, Dave Park, was talking about bitterness versus forgiveness. He said, some of you need to forgive a parent or a sibling or aunt or uncle or grandparent and my blood pressure started going and all of a sudden, all these memories started flooding back through my head, like a time-lapse video, and I started getting angry. Then this voice came to me man and said, Derek, I want to use you, but I can't. Because you have this bitterness towards your dad.
31:00 - I had a conversation with my wife that was very, very humbling for me because my pride is always kind of my pride it always just like she really just doesn't know. But she in fact did. I don't know how she did. It's like your parents when you're a teenager, they always know you're running around screwing around doing something. How do they know that?
42:00 - That is a valid point, you know, not to look down on it now. But I'm just saying, it wasn't a necessity. I hated doing it. But I had to do what I had to do to get myself to a better place while I retooled, you know that's what was going on. Then the moment I stopped, the unemployment went right into a job doing construction, grunt work stuff, and bad stuff.
50:00 - I guess where we are is where we are in life. You know, people do that look at us and say some of those things sometimes. I missed the whole first year and my first month of my second child's life.
59:00 - Final Words Shown Below…
Our Final Words of the Show:
My wife wrote the last sentence in the book and it says "for whatever is your why choose to forgive." I think that sometimes you have to search in your heart for your why, what it is that you do, or maybe it's the why that you don't want to pass on something to your kids, or you don't want to pass stuff through to your wife. The people you love the most are next, they are the ones that are going to be hurt the most by your bitterness and your resentment. Yeah, for whatever is your why choose to forgive.
