Yes, set those goals. 
Yes, set those intentions
Yes, put your manifestations into the world
Yes, create the vision board.
Yes, have the conversations.
Yes, do the weekly check-in's.

YES. YES. YES. To it all.

AND really ask yourself, "Is this what I still want? Is my WHY still aligned with why I set out to do this? Is this for my highest good, deepest truth - ultimately living a life that is dream-filled, courageous and intentional?"

If the answer is YES, keep doing it - don't you stop!
If the answer is NO (and it's okay if it's no), you need to reevaluate. If it's no longer in alignment with what you want, what do you need to be doing that is in alignment with what you want?"

"I definitely think listen to your inner voice. Listen to the magic. Listen to the light soft voice that you hear inside you because that (I believe) is who you really are and a lot of times we dismiss that voice. And we think it's unimportant, but the more work I do and the more I continue on my path of life - the more I find that is it. THAT IS ACTUALLY IT.  That quiet, sometimes loud voice (depending on how you work with your intuition) - that is it. That is what our life wants to be. I think it's really important to allow yourself the space and time (even if just a hobby) to experiment and go down the path and do the things that light you up and interest you. It's not weird. It's not crazy. It's the person you're meant to be."

"#9 - And this one is really funny to say coming from my photography background and how big of a dream photos are to me. photos are so important to be able to communicate fleeting moments.

But, something that has been my deepest truth a lot lately - life really does feel so much better than a photo can even capture. And I LOVE photography - the power of it, its connection, communication and education that happens from it. And if you've seen my photography work - I play so much with lighting, emotion, chemistry and intimacy between my subjects, so there is a magic present in my photos.

And even that lately, the photos, couldn't do the feeling justice. For our Mother's Day hike, they were gorgeous and I was able to capture photos that were inspiring, but compared to what I was feeling in that moment, those photos could never describe the fullness.

There was such a peace, happiness, wholeness, nourishment and contentment that was present.  That no photograph can convey. And that says a lot. Before I had the courage and confidence to share my voice, words, truth and who I am in this way, I used photographs to do so. I used my photos to tell the story. And there's been a really drastic shift over these past few years where my words, writing and how I show up for my community is telling the story...."

"I realized that evolution, who’s listening beyond what everyone knows is good - because the new only ever comes from the people who listen to the edge. Now, with the shape the world’s is in, meditating helps you calm down and connect, which is good but it’s not necessarily what the universe needs. We need to come together with each other in a much bigger way than to just close your eyes by yourself. It’s not that it’s not useful, it’s just not the leading edge of where the universe is trying to bring us. There needs to be more cohesion, love and purity between us. "

"One of the things that I'm so big about and it's how I knew that this trip was for me when the opportunity was presented - is setting intentions. Just how I had set intentions for this year and it affirmed the intentions I had set.

When I was on that two hour plane ride - I was really intentional about what I did with that time. I spent time connection with my breath. I spent some time pulling from a deck I had gotten specifically for the trip. I spent some time really setting my intentions for the trip -

What do I want?
How do I want to feel?
How do I want to show up in this experience?

It really helped me ground down and connect me back to my WHY.

Why did this trip become a priority?
Why did this trip (that was a quick dream) become a reality?
Why did I do all the things I did to make this a possibility?"

"You have the opportunity to plant the seed for someone else to witness their own dreams. We all have the ability to be the person to plant a seed for someone else to then nourish and harvest that very seed for their own reality.

As previously mentioned, in multiple phases of my life, there has been someone who has planted the seed and I got curious about it.
What happens if I nourish the soil?
 What happens if I water it?
What happens if I give it more sun?
What happens if in this phase of life it needs more shade?
What happens if I clip its blossoms and give it to another being?

It creates this ripple effect! We all within us, have such a yearning, stirring and connecting to living life in the most profoundly beautiful, connected, deep way. 

At least that's what I hope with you being in this space!"

"One of the themes for this week that has felt very in-tuned with life right now... I heard a quote the other day, 'It always seems impossible till it's done.'

That's really important to remember, that you are really capable of doing anything you set your mind. It's a matter of - 1.  Understanding what your ultimate goal is and 2. Breaking it down into bit by bit pieces that are digestible. With that, 1. Where you're at currently and 2. Helping you get there by thinking and acting like the person you want to be.

Don't get overwhelmed with the bigger goal as much as you are paying attention to understanding you can do whatever you want to do, you just have to become that person through your daily actions."
