We explore how learning to pray, not just with words but with intention and openness, helps peel back the layers of who we think we are—the societal masks, the fear-driven identities, and the expectations we place on ourselves--to remember who Spirit created us to be.
By connecting with our higher selves and the Divine through prayer, we reveal our authentic core, allowing us to step into alignment with our purpose and live a life that reflects our truest essence. When we hold on to false identities or live out of alignment, however, we create obstacles that keep us from receiving the abundance meant for us. Tune in as we discuss how deepening your prayer practice can help you release what's no longer serving you, align with your higher self, and open the door to the blessings you've been unknowingly pushing away.

Since relocating to Mexico City, my journey has been filled with profound experiences and deep emotions. I feel like I am truly in alignment with my 'Soul Contract' here. Chile, sometimes we are triggered by people, places, and/or things and we don't realize it.
