  • 66. Exploring Potential: Conversations w/ Therapist Rebecca Hogg

Rebecca is a Licensed Professional Counselor and (w)holistic trauma therapist that specializes in helping you stabilize and heal from traumatic experiences. Her & her team know that no single approach is right for every individual. So they offer a range of experiential modalities including but not limited to individual and intensive/extended sessions and they have training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Somatic Experiencing (SE), CBT, solution focused, coaching/mentorship, and more.

Rebecca’s background includes working for legal teams and in education before deciding to pursue her dream job of being a counselor (which is what she wanted to do since high school). In 2019 she took a leap of faith and started her own private practice with the goal of providing a more (w)holistic type of therapy. Her goal is to provide intuitive, creative, and personalized care, helping clients to experience more peace and find ways to thrive in all areas of their life.
In her personal life, she enjoys challenging herself to try new things, including ziplining, skydiving, parasailing, rappelling, canyoning, shark cage diving, dancing, surfing, and more. She also likes to relax and take photos of the beauty of creation and loves to spend time with her family, friends, & dog, Lola.
She is also currently in the process of writing her first book aiming to help beyond the counseling session!
