February 4             (Fifth Sunday after Epiphany)      

Text:                      Revelation 3:1-3

Title:                      The Connection Question: "What if We're Not Connected?"

Theme:                  In this text Jesus gives Paul a message to specific churches concerning their future.  To this church he says, "You have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead". If a church is not

connected to God and growing in their faith, if they are not connected to each other in significant community, if they are not connecting the lost to Christ, that church will ultimately die. 

January 28              (Fourth Sunday after Epiphany)      

Text:                      Matthew 28:16-20

Title:                      The Connection Question: "Do You Connect people to Jesus"?

Theme:                  Most people don't use the word "Evangelism" in their daily vocabulary. In fact, most Christians don't think of "Evangelism" as a part of their faith. The truth is          

that connecting People to Jesus was the last mandate of Jesus. We say that Jesus is love and that our faith is centered in love. If we truly love people how can we NOT do everything in our

power to connect them to Jesus?

January 21            (Third Sunday after the Epiphany)       

Text:                    Ephesians 2:19-22

Title:                    The Connection Question: "Are You Connected to Others"?

Theme:                God created us to live in community with each other, but what is community?

The biblical model for community is more than just worshipping in the same space together it involved actually connecting with other Christians in ways that

help us grow spiritually.  Living a healthy spiritual life means getting connected with other Christians in ways that help us grow together in our faith.

January 14             (Second Sunday after the Epiphany)

Theme:                  In this these final words of Jesus to his disciples he makes it clear that they can accomplish nothing if they are not connected to him. We connect through study, prayer,

and worship. This sermon will focus on these three aspects of discipleship and offer practical ways to connect deeper with God.

December 24           (Fourth Sunday of Advent)       

Text:                      Matthew 1:18-24

Title:                      The Star: "A Journey to Peace"

Theme:                   It can be very difficult to be at peace in our world of today. Any peace that we might find is easily overturned by a news story of a tragedy or daily life challenges that we all face. Joseph found himself in such a place. His peace was shattered by unexpected news that causes him to doubt everything he thought he knew. But in the midst of all his chaos God sent an angel who gave him peace.

December 24           (Christmas Eve)      

Text:                      Matthew 12:1-12

Title:                      *The Star: "A Journey to a Savior"

Theme:                  Three mean leave their homelands for one very important reason; to find a baby. A King worries and schemes, and sends his soldiers far and wide all for one very important reason; to find a baby. The King never did find the baby and when the 3 men did find the baby they realized that he was much more than just a baby, he was a Savior, he was the King of kings.
