Lauren “Lo” Bosworth is a reality-TV star turned entrepreneur who began her career in the limelight on the MTV shows Laguna Beach and The Hills. In 2022 Lo published a book, Love Yourself Well, a bestselling guide to the intersection between gut, brain, and vaginal health. Love Wellness has full distribution in Target, Ulta, and Amazon, and is considered one of the best-selling personal care brands in the United States.
