Sean and Cal talk to an International runner with a Sub 4 minute mile, as well as a 5 time national champion with sub 14 minutes for 5k and sub 30 mins for 10k. Eion is also the current 3k European Indoor Masters Champion. He also has a PhD in Biomechanics and a charted Physio. Eion discusses how he started running as well as each of his fantastic PBs we achieved. He gives us advice on how we can do small things to help become better, stronger, faster runners.
