The Atlanta Braves will be looking to make some upgrades to the starting rotation this offseason, but would they go as far as to take a chance on Trevor Bauer?

The 32-year-old pitcher comes with some baggage, but he’s been a really good starter over his career in the big leagues and could be had cheap.

As always, Jake finishes the podcast by answering live questions.

With the season coming to an end, the Atlanta Braves will have to make some tough decisions on who to keep on the 40-man roster.

With so many players ending the season on the injured list, those players will have to be added to the 40-man roster once the season ends – meaning a lot of players will get designated for assignment.

As always, Jake will answer live questions at the end of the podcast.

With the position player group mostly set, a lot of focus this offseason will be on the Atlanta Braves building a deep starting rotation

While they have great depth in the rotation with guys like Jared Shuster, Darius Vines, Allan Winans, and Dylan Dodd – the key this offseason will be improving that depth.

As always, Jake will finish the episode taking questions from those who join live.

The Atlanta Braves continue to churn out pitching prospects. JR Ritchie was set to be another top one in 2023 before having Tommy John surgery.

Ambioris Tavarez marked the return to the international market for the Braves, but he's yet to live up to the hype despite the raw skills.

After discussing the Charlie Morton decision, Jake talks about the other big contract decision in Eddie Rosario.

While fans might be ready for a new face in left field, Rosario still might be the best and most affordable option.

We also look at the other contract options the Braves have to make a decision on 5 days after the World Series ends.

Whether or not Charlie Morton is coming back for 2024 will go a long way in determining what the Atlanta Braves do this offseason.

If Charlie Morton doesn’t come back – or the Braves don’t want him back – then there is a big hole to fill in the rotation.

Jake will look at the reasons to keep Morton and the reasons to let him go, and as always he’ll take questions for those able to join live on YouTube.
