Welcome back to the team for 2021. New format of monthly episodes.

We found Wayne after he went into hiding. He updated us on what he has been doing and how a Covid breakout might impact his first race of 2021. 

Darren is back on program and enjoying it. 

Jackie make the call to take on a 100km after completing some long runs. The aim is just to go out and give it a go. 

Sandy has thrown down her first goal of the year to break 25mins for a 5km.
