Masha Liashenko is a transformative coach, mentor and speaker living in Warsaw, Poland.  I have known about Masha's work for a couple of years and I've always wanted to learn more.  Masha is a Ukrainian and Russian speaker and has been instrumental in the creation of the 3PGC (Three Principles Global Community) Ukrainian and Russian speaking international communities.

In this episode we talk about the journey Masha has been on to create helpful resources and programmes for people affected by the war in Ukraine, including teaching there in person. working with people on the front line but also with those who want to help but feel overwhelmed by the enormity of the task.
