It's been a minute y'all, but what an amazing way to come back on the grid! On this episode I'm speaking with one of my best friends LeLe Jones Sneed who is an FBI agent, working mother, songwriter, and author of the book "Be True to You". 

"Beautifully written and illustrated, "Be True to You" is a book that will be handed down through generations. What started as a note to her daughter True to always remember to be true to herself, turned into a beautiful mother/daughter collaboration reminding ALL women to prioritize their personal well-being.

This transparent conversation was eye opening for me! So eye opening that I went on sabbatical for 2 months after we recorded (more about that on the next episode). I genuinely believe that this book will remind and inspire you (and our younger generation) to live your most authentic life!

Recently, I found myself feeling stuck because I was struggling to make decisions. I was overthinking and changing my mind every day. Then a lesson I used to teach my students came back around to teach me. That's when I realized that it was time to get out of my feelings, and get into my purpose!
