Big changes are happening in the Daybell/Vallow case. Lori’s attorneys have asked to have her case put on hold so she can be evaluated for competency again. Chad’s attorney has asked once again to sever Chad and Lori’s trial. He also wants cameras in the courtroom and access to more grand jury documents.

Livestream of court proceedings for Lori Vallow Daybell at the Fremont County Courthouse. John Thomas was arguing for the defense about sending some of her charges back to the grand jury for clarification. Rob Wood was arguing for the prosecution.
