Weight loss is just a great benefit. The biggest secret of Delay and Pray® is not only a renewed body, but a renewed soul, mind, and spirit. A blessed life all the way around. We just use the practical goal of weight loss as a measuring stick. And a good one at that.

2024 truly was my year of surrender. I’ll be talking about that and all the things that I personally prayed for and the miracles that surfaced, including my own mindset.
