During the month of August each member of the pod panel has picked a movie to watch and discuss. To be vulnerable means to be at risk of experiencing harm. This week a few of us and a special guest got together to talk about the power that comes from being vulnerable and the many layers that fold out from that. Allies, get comfortable with saying things like " I didn't see it that way - thanks for opening my eyes." I didn't realize that when I did _______ it made you feel that way" It's one of the most impactful ways to support your black and POC friends.
