Tao of Our understanding Alcohol Recovery Podcast

Lou's Recovery Story – How Al-Anon Changed my Life!

Listen Later

Lou has been attending our Tao recovery meeting for years. Lou is the first Al-anon member that we have had the pleasure of interviewing. One takeaway for me was an Al-Anon saying, referencing the person we are there to try to help.

1. I did not cause my loved one’s alcoholism

2. I cannot cure my loved one’s alcoholism

3. I cannot control my loved one’s alcoholism

I hope you enjoy Lou's story!
