Can you believe it? It’s the end of the year of 2022 already. And, it’s the end of the Love by Design podcast.

I spent two years and paid thousands of dollars to record and produce 85 episodes that thousands of people listened to… and loved.

You probably wonder, “WHY???”

The answer is simple. My new podcast Find the Right Man is BETTER. 

And I want you and new listeners to start the new year there.

But even deeper…. I let go of attachment to where I’ve been. I’m committed to where I am going.

I choose to live in the possibility that exists in the future. Because…

You can’t find what you want to create in your future by looking in your past. 

You might be attached to the fact that you haven’t found the right man yet. Or that you’re attracting the wrong type of men…. Or that dating is hard and it takes a long time to find love.

You might be attached to who you have been and what you have been through. REALLY believing THAT tells who you authentically are and what your authentic love story is.

But I’m more interested in who you want to become. What you want to create in your future love relationship. THAT is your authentic story.

It’s the possibility that exists in your future. 

Your future can be MORE real than your past.

What determines that? YOU.

Where you put your attention. Where you spend time and energy. Where you direct your thoughts.

The biggest mistake women make who aren’t meeting men is thinking, “I don’t need to date. I’ll just meet my man. It's just going to happen.”

It's the same as being unemployed and saying, “I don’t need to search for a job. I’ll just get my CEO position at a Fortune 500 company. It’s just going to happen.”

It’s very simple at this phase. You meet men. You go on dates with them. You choose your dual partner and get into a relationship that doesn’t end.

You can think about it from a place of lack or from a place of abundance.

The most powerful thing about giving is that you get to create within you.

You already have direct, instant access to the unlimited source of energy and love inside of you.

You can create energy and love with your thoughts.

You can give it to others with your actions.

And, you can have MORE of it with your results.

Happy Thanksgiving! 

When I was single and dating, my slogan on my online dating profile was, "30 seconds and we both know." 

But 100+ dates later, I still needed to find out.

The way our brain works is that it searches for familiar, repetitive patterns. It loves to repeat the same patterns. If you think about it, our brain thinks the same thoughts day in and out. 🧠 ⭕

The same thing happens with dating and choosing men. 

Our brain wants to keep us from making new decisions that require a lot of energy and effort.

It wants us to continue making the same decisions and choices. It wants us to create the same results repeatedly—even when they don't serve us. 

You may think you know exactly who you're looking for.

And what I want to offer you is this: your current thoughts are the reason you are where you are.

If you're currently single and not dating . . .

If you have a desire in your heart to meet the love of your life, yet you're not taking action . . .

Why is that? 

You want something, yet you need to do something in the direction of your desire. 

We often come up with some good reasons for doing something other than what we want. 

We can wholeheartedly believe that these are the real reasons. They're very rational and logical and make sense. 

Yet, underneath usually lies something else.

If we don't examine and question it, we can allow these "reasons" (justifications and excuses) for not living the life we want, and why we don't go after our dreams, thus keeping us in the same place.

Many single women I talk with tell me there are only two reasons why they can’t get into a relationship: not finding the right man, or meeting a man but . . . he doesn’t want to commit. 

They think it happens to them when a man doesn’t have time for a relationship or changes his mind or disappears. 🤷🏻‍♀️

They think that when men don’t commit, string them along, or ghost them is just what happens in dating. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But being in a relationship is a choice. 

What . . .? 🤯

You choose it.

Because the way you THINK about it is optional.

You ARE in charge of that.

And you have MORE options than just thinking the same old thoughts and believing the same limiting beliefs that actually keep you single. 

Thinking the same old thoughts like, “Men don’t want to commit” or “He won’t want to be in a relationship” is guaranteed to get you the results that MATCH your thinking.

Our thoughts create our results. Always.

When you really connect to who you are and start showing up authentically, you tap into an unlimited source of your power and energy within yourself, which makes it much easier to create the relationship you want. 

The reason why it's so important is that if you’re single and not dating right now, if you think thoughts like: “I am not meeting anyone,” “I don't see any point in online dating,” “It's a waste of time,” “I don't know where to meet men” . . . when you have all these thoughts that are limited, negative, fear-based thoughts, chances are they make you feel very discouraged or unmotivated to take action. When you feel that way, chances are you're going to continue to avoid dating and staying in the same place. 

When you study and apply personality typing, you’re going to avoid choosing the type of partner who will expect you to give him something that you lack, because coming from a place of lack makes it harder. It puts a lot of tension and stress on a relationship where two people are incompatible, which makes these relationships really challenging. 

It starts with you focusing where you put your attention, because you are where your attention is.

"You don't owe anything to anyone unless you're really committed to each other. And then you have an agreement about what you're committing to and what it means. But until that happens, the whole point of dating is that you are choosing."

"Look at how men will show up without forcing anything. You just hold space. You just present an opportunity." 

"I have a philosophy for when you really want to make a decision if you want to be together. And when I say “be together,” I mean that you commit to each other for a long term—even for the rest of your life. Within six months, you already know if you want to be with this person for the rest of your life or not. It's absolutely doable and easy to do with personality typing."

"When you get into a relationship with a non-dual partner, then six months or a year later, it all falls apart because you realize you're so different and something is missing. It always happens in a non-dual relationship: challenges and issues will come up. Then, you have a choice: you're either going to try to work hard on your relationship and compensate for that or you're just going to go your separate ways."

"In a dual relationship, you don't have any unresolvable, recurring issues at all, because there isn't anything missing. It's very easy to be together."
