Jaymee's best friend, attorney and music publisher Jeremy Smith share gnarly (untold) stories from their checkered pasts as former addicts, some of the most incomprehensible amends they had to make in the wake of their destruction, the necessity of focused periods of abstinence, though Jaymee ultimately makes a compelling case for why 12 Step Recovery and mental health treatment were only the first stops on his healing journey.

Dïn Morris and Michael Morgan grew up with Jaymee in Altadena, CA. The three friends and collaborators have known each other spanning 3 decades, developing lifelong bonds early on with each other through their collective love of record collecting, beat making, photography, burritos and spiritual understanding. Whenever these three friends get together, they are a vortex of synchronicity and unconditional love. Din and Michael are two of the most important men in Jaymee's life; exuding wisdom, fearless introspection and prolific artistry while remaining humble.

In this episode (one of Jaymee's personal favorite's) the three friends discuss the gift of daydreaming, the endless search by way of needle drop, the cultivation of intuition through beat making, what it was like playing frisbee with each other in the dark (inspired by Hazrat Inyat Khan's book The Mysticism Of Sound And Music), what it was like spending time with each other in the slow before the world got fast, how exponential growth within ones artistry comes as a result of inviting in criticism (willingly), personal fashion developing from a relationship with nature, their love of art that creates more of a question than an answer, and what album should be played when they pass away.
