In this ep, I break down what a "sense of self" is. Then, I give you 4 practical strategies to uncovering yours outside of sports. As an athlete, about 90% of all your decisions, preferences, and topics on your mind will be related back to your sport. Once that piece is gone, you will need to fill in that 90% with YOU. That's what we are talking about today. Also- often "finding yourself" is interpreted in a very trendy way, but in terms of this platform, I offer you a much more broad definition. Enjoy!
