Some ways you can build up on your resilience: developing supportive relationships with family, friends, colleagues, classmates; expressing yourself in other ways if talking is hard; taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually; finding good things happening during difficult times; developing good coping and problem solving skills; changing your mindset.
