The diamond market is complicated, has many moving parts, lots of people clipping their share along the way, and it hasn't really changed in decades. Time for change. Thomas maybe just what the space needs to cut through traditional channels and behaviours in what is a closed shop industry. It's also time to smooth the revenue curves for Lucara and give control to the market by introducing new partnerships and new technology. A lot to like about the thinking.
