Novel antibodies, tyrosine kinase inhibitors, cellular therapy, and modern asparaginases, such as pegylated Escherichia coli and Erwinia chrysanthemi compounds have vastly improved treatment plans for pediatric and adolescent and young adult (AYA) populations with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
