This week (October 1st 2022) the Wall Street Journal and Yahoo News reported "Lumber Prices below pre-pandemic levels".  

It kind of surprised me as a home builder.  I didn't think that was correct.  So I went back and looked at the numbers.  After all I buy lumber all the time through out the year, several times a month, in fact.
